this hotel beyond the cedar expectations. Probably one of the best budget, friendly hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was extremely nice, the shower was very bougie, and overall a very spacious hotel room. The staff was extremely kind.

Staff was great at check-in. My biggest complaint is that hotels.com quoted me one price (with tax and fees included) and I was charged another...this is the third time this has happened. I like to stay at places where we can get breakfast, but they don't open until 7 and we had to leave just before that.

Everything was great, staff was nice and polite. Kevin at the desk had the best personality and he was also running the bar. He was friendly and personable even though he was very busy. Great customer service!

Loved this hotel. Conveniently off of the freeway, just over the causeway. Hotel itself is in a quiet area, but plenty of restaurants and businesses just a short drive away. Would probably stay here again.

The staff were all super helpful and friendly. I sunk in the bed as the mattress was very worn and the thermostat was impossible to figure out.

my boyfriend and i went here not too long ago for my graduation vacation / early birthday and we loved it besides a couple things. we didn’t like our next door neighbor who was constantly screaming, playing loud music, and was talking on the phone on speaker so loudly that we could hear his conversation perfectly fine even with the tv at a volume of 50.. on our last night our tv in our room was acting funny. we couldn’t press the guide or anything and the staff member told us she can move us to a different room for an extra cost which i don’t see why we would have to pay more when it would be the hotels fault for not having a proper working tv. we think breakfast could’ve been a little better, the waffles they serve is kinda like the kelloggs waffle you can get at walmart. our last day at the hotel they sent out a flyer saying there would be a mandatory fire alarm that they do yearly on the morning of, we personally think they should’ve sent that out a day or two prior of having the fire alarm. thankfully we both were already awake and getting dressed for the day so we weren’t interrupted by the fire alarm.

The first room i was given didn't have any heat. the 2nd room had some major stains all over the sheets (used a blacklight to find out). very noisy in the hallways, whereas we called the front desk to take care of the noises , but all requests seem to have been ignored. Was told by staff that i could cancel my reservation early, due to the incriminate weather., however expedia would not provide the refund.

It was great. Only thing negative was we had a family check in late on the floor above us our last night when we had to wake up super early for the airport. They sounded like a stampede of elephants and they were up all night from 11pm- 5am and had a crying baby. Other the. That the staff was wonderful.

The room smelled. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Tissues were low. But the bed was comfy. And the breakfast was great!

I will never stay at this hotel again I booked it a month in advance so there was no refund and I was told it would cost 25 dollars for my five pound dog but I when I got there they said it was 75 and I was forced to pay it because we were far from here me and I could not get my money back on hotel. Then there was no Microwave in the refrigerator did not work properly then we went to make the sofa bed up and the maid to clean the room left the dirty sheets inside the couch and we had to go down to the manager and get clean sheets and throw the dirty ones in the floor it was not sanitary I felt overcharge and I will never stay there and I will only give bad recommendations for this location

I was just so pleased. At the start it seemed the location would be drastically rigid. Every service and accommodation was granted to our traveling party. I will be looking for Hyatt Place at my next destination. However, I am not confident that alll locations can be as awesome as the Rockwall, Texas location. Thanks y’all!

The desk staff was excellent. The room staff just had too many rooms to clean. We were there for 9 nights and only had our room cleaned a few times. Had to get towels from the front desk. The elevators both made sounds on the 4th floor

The property was nice but hotels.com gave me a extremely hard time checking into my room they never sent over my confirmation to the Hyatt place and it literally took 2 and a half hours to resolve.. before I was checked in.
