We absolutely loved Margaritaville's One Particular Harbour and wish we could stay longer. What made this vacation memorable and breathtaking is the view from Suite 1319, and we were able to enjoy it with our family.
We especially wanted to thank Ms. Nadia for making our stay a dream come true. Her professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness, great attitude and her customer service is definitely Second to None! Thank you for an amazing vacation, and we highly recommend Margaritaville Beach Resort to all our friends and family!

Great location near downtown. Hotel is modern and clean. Lots of facilities on-site.
Can be noisy with music pumping all day at the waterpark. That’s OK if you like the music.
Adult pool was a fantastic spot for guests. Service there was fantastic.
Latitude bar service was bad (in the evening when I visited)

Really busy area. Close to any attractions we walked everywhere. Water park is good. View from room was excellent. Not a fan on Nassau but the hotel was great. Sushi restaurant is fabulous.

This was my first stay at Margaritaville and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing from beginning to end. You will not be disappointed. The food options are plentiful and the area is very walkable. I really didn’t need to leave the resort because it had everything I needed. I am definitely going to make plans to come back.

Beautiful, updated, and clean property with an excellent view of the ocean and great beach access. Food was expensive and everything extra felt like a major upcharge.

The staff at Margarittaville were very helpful, attentive and kind. Our room was exceptionally clean and the decor was perfectly in line with the theme of the resort.

Seem like they still are having growing pains. Just very slow pace of life in the island.

Property had a variety of entertainment. The cafe had great food. Expensive price of $35.00 a bottle for Sutter Home Wine. Conveniently located near downtown for more reasonable prices.staff courteous and friendly. Great hotel location.

Our room was perfect but should have had paper towels and dish soap/dish cloth at very least. The general facilities restaurants etc. kept the air conditioning too high. It was always cold. We enjoyed the overall experience.

The hotel was nice, but there’s a port right in front of it that has 4-7 huge ships like Carnival, etc that roll in every morning, and sails out late afternoon-evening. These ships unload tons of people which make the area very populated. I personally, like less populated areas, so that part was a disappointment.

The room we were in had an adjoining room which was very noisy and felt unsafe. The resort facilities were top notch!

I stayed four nights during the Bahamas yacht charter show. They only made up my bed and clean the room two out of four nights.

Great location and activities. I wish they had a Buffett for breakfast.

The room was very nice. Clean, great ocean view. However it gets very noisy with screaming kids from the pool.
Also its impossible to get a chair on the “private” beach once the cruise guests take over. In my opinion there should be either priority seating for hotel guests or an area reserved for hotel guests. It seems since cruisers are paying to use the beach they can just take over.

Loved the place! People were nice. Customer service was off the hook. Employees on both sides of Margaritaville

What they fail to tell you is that this property, Beach and Pool, becomes overrun with day drinking cruise ship passengers everyday, They neglect to inform you that all the area restaurants are overcrowded and overwhelmed by the six cruise ships that arrive everyday and that the restaurants close as soon as the passengers reboard ships

Overall, the room was good but there were things I did not like. My wife and I traveled here for a quick getaway for her 55th birthday. We loved the view from the balcony but the hotel only provides one chair, so it was difficult to enjoy the scenery together. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that there is only one chair. My guess would be that couples make up the largest group staying here. It's not like they can't afford another chair as the cost of everything is astronomical. I thought they might charge us for breathing. We stopped to buy two small bottle of Gatorade and it cost us $10. Earlier the day before, my wife bought the same thing at a pharmacy for less than $2. We would have just bought some water but they only had some "special" water which was like $18 for about a half liter. Had breakfast the one morning and the coffee SUCKED. It was way too strong. After adding a LOT of cream, the color did not really change. I also had the French toast which was supposed to have strawberries. There were two very small strawberries not much bigger than grape and they left the green leafy part on. Really??? We noticed that even though the hotel automatically includes a 15% gratuity on your bill, there is a spot for a tip. Why? Before we realized this, we added tips. Nearly everything in the area closes by 5 PM, so you are pretty much stuck with whatever the hotel offers. We both agreed that we would never return to Nassau or Margaritaville. An all-inclusive would be better.

If you want to be centrally located to everything in downtown Nassau then this is a great choice. It has nice amenities with the shared pools and a large workout room and several good restaurants. The room furniture not top end but adequate. Some shelves or drawers in the dresser would have been nice.
The cruise ship port is just steps away along the
waterfront. It’s interesting to see the ships come in every morning and leave at night. The downside is the hotel
beach, which is small for the size of the property. Other
beaches are nearby and worth a day trip. The staff were all wonderful. Overall I would stay there again.
Lots of great restaurants are walking distance.

We loved the location… walkable to the town and fish fry. It was a nice change as we usually stay far from town. I would recommend not eating on property. I’m all about island time and relaxing but the service at margaritaville was very disappointing and way overpriced compared to off site restaurants. I highly recommend Oku sushi across the road and Curly’s and Goldie’s at the fish fry were definitely worth the walk. The billing system at margaritaville was very frustrating, which other guests were commenting on too, we travel a lot and have never experienced anything quite like it. The room service only had a couple of options on their menu and the cafe frequently ran out of items. Just eat elsewhere as there are many great options with friendlier and more appropriate pricing. JWB food and service were outstanding but again, very pricey. I do understand that the cost of living in Bahamas is very high but margaritaville prices were over the top. I never mind paying more if the quality and service is there but margaritaville has work to do in this category.

First night I went to vacation cafe for a burger and a cocktail ,first one was perfect on the other hand the second was awful
Thought I’m paying $14.00 for it I will dam sure drink it but after that long night of heaves and hooves that will never happen again
3 hours after dinner and drinks I had to run to the bathroom for what I’m believing is some sort of food poisoning
Lost 3 days of our stay sitting in bathroom

Gerry I like the fact that they upgraded us and we stayed at one particular harbor. The service in the breakfast restaurant was horrendous. Not one person knew the age or history of the lighthouse right outside of the hotel. Pretty pathetic that the young man checking us in, but it was only 20 years old. It would be nice if people just put a little bit more effort into being hospitable.

Not enough dining options, but the restaurant on site is tasty. The pizza is just ok. The burger from the outdoor bar was good. Front desk staff is not useful at all. It is very clean though. They could use some onsite entertainment.

I will start off by saying if you like to diversify your restaurants during travel, probably avoid booking here. The problem isn't the hotel as much as the area around it. Which is odd to say since its next to the downtown tourist shopping area. The problem is the shopping area operates around the CRUISE SHIPS. So everything and I mean EVERYTHING closes at 4-5pm including the dozens of restaurants, we ended up eating at the hotel 4 of our 5 nights there, expensive and got boring. My biggest complaint on the hotel was food prices at the "cafe" which was $82 for 4 breakfast sandwiches, 2 coffees and 2 juices, just insane. Dunkin donuts down the street was $35 for the same thing and tasted better. When we did eat in the downtown area the food was good and reasonable priced.
The hotel overall was clean and service was good, the pool "water park" isn't as big as photos make it look but was nice. Beach is small but also nice. Ignore comments about "bad service", they are just on island time meaning its slow, but its not bad service, they were friendly and food was hot, just takes time, go in expecting that and you won't be disappointed. I will say that over the 9 nights we were in the Bahamas the male employees and locals were a lot more friendly than the females, not sure why. Men seemed to enjoy interacting while females seemed like they didn't want us there (tourism is 60% of their GDP). Overall we were friendly to everyone we met and they were friendly back.

Our room suite was really nice. We enjoyed our room and stay. The property has a great private beach and they share another beach with the British colonial . There are great free outdoor activities to do ( I.e. water bikes, etc. ) Mark who works the outside lobby doors is so kind and so professional. He helped us out so many times finding taxis. We liked how there were water stations available.
Only downside is there aren’t enough food options & most of the time the food wasn’t available . The menus were limited. Many times we went to eat at the British colonial or to another restaurant instead. Most menu options at the resort always consisted of fried food , reheated sandwiches or salads. ( didn’t seem fresh) Not to mention everything is at least $20 .

Amazing view from the modern, great room and great service from the restaurant and bar staff, but the experience was marred primarily by the failure to clean the interior of the pool from Saturday to Sunday (debris all over the main pool bottom, sand in the hot tub from the day before, etc.) and the theft of my daughter's sunglasses and snorkel mask (left on a pool chair DIRECTLY underneath a security camera!!!). Security just said check back later, but we didn't give up and a pool attendant provided the bag minus those items. Front desk concierge also told us we had a confirmed dinner reservation at another property and when we showed up the restaurant said they had only sent a last minute request, and that no confirmation was given or could be given. Several other minor issues like these added up.
