Unfortunately, we had a room that had adjoining door and our neighbors had children that were screaming well into the night (11:00pm) The front desk person was wonderful and moved us into another room, but we didn’t get to bed until midnight which was not ideal. The rooms facing the highway are very noisy too. Breakfast was good.

We just had a one night stay and wished we had stayed her before on the few other trips we had. We lucked out on the cost for the night as it was a competitive rate with another location we were stayed at before. This one was mych closer to UC Davis. Hotel is newer. Lobby and room were pretty clean and kept up to date. It smelled clean and not musty like some hotels. Room was spacious. They had energy efficiant lights that were on motion detection. They had basic amenities for the bathroom. It was definitely roomy and clean. Like I said it's a newer hotel and spacious . Comfortable bed. Sheets and towels were clean and basic. Cute little coffee bar with microwave and mini fridge with coffee and tea necessities tucked neatly away under the cabinet of the mini bar. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Free continental breakfast was pretty good... fresh scrambled eggs, sausage patties and homestyle potatoes. Breakfast cereal, yogurt, variety of bread, whole fruits, coffee, tea... perfect variety for all ages. Better than the ones we had stayed at. We actually sat down and ate unlike the other ones where we passed on eating as it didn't look appetizing. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is quite new and fresh. The lobby is pleasant and welcoming, and the bar and food area is very nice. The room was pleasantly comfortable and spacious, and clean. Good breakfast in the morning as well. The only downfall is paying $10 for parking. That should be included in the price.

Hyatt House Davis was very comfortable and clean, but the breakfast staff was very rude. We arrived to breakfast on Saturday admittedly five minutes before it ended and the staff member turned the light out as we were grabbing breakfast. We arrived one hour early on Sunday, and there was no food left. The oatmeal bowl was gone and the potatoes, eggs, and sausage were empty. There was one bagel left, but was very old and stale. I asked if oatmeal would be replenished and she she snapped at me and said that it was gone for the day. We probably would not have cared if the staff would have been slightly kind.

The staff was outstanding. The room was cleaned excellently, although the carpet had huge bleach stains of some kind in multiple areas down the hallway. But that still will not stop me from staying in the hotel again.

Nice room, however no hot water, only shower in cold/ lukewarm . Also no bathroom amenities. The freeway is so loud. Also room was an icebox when we arrived, you can literally hang meat. After hours good luck on food! Oh and the tea bags are heavily guarded in the lobby, i guess you can only have a tea bag at the beakfast time.

The room microwave and therefore stove vent did not work. We told the front desk, after settling in, the next day and when leaving. Issue wasnt resolved, although we were told it would be. However, the TP was 2-ply and TV had Chromecast. I will stay again.

The proximity to the 80 freeway makes any room on he north side untenable. Add in the occasional Freight Train and you might as well turn on WWE on both tvs all night long to try and drown out that noise. The breakfast was definitely not Hyatt caliber; eggs that require a spoon, paper thin bacon, etc. At least the one flavor of coffee was decent. Fitness center was mehh....and 10 bucks for parking that was really not too convenient. Beds were comfortable and room ac unit kept a solid comfortable temperature. Rooms were clean and pleasant; just get one room on the south side. But more like a Hampton Inn, not a Hyatt. Would likely just go to a Best western downtown next time.

Perfect. Suite. The only that was worry some was the cook top glass was broken in my suite. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Perfect to relax and regroup.

It was very clean, high ceilings, fully stocked kitchen- our room was very pleasant. The pool was heated and the workout room was clean and well equipped. Staff helped confirm the breakfast was peanut safe for my daughter with a severe allergy. I will definitely be back!

Our room had multiple issues, including broken blinds. The air conditioner did not work; multiple outlets did not work in the room. All of this was not a big deal the staff's reaction and lack of a solution was the biggest issue.

Hotel building and room quality was good. Carpet had spots. Breakfast was good for the price (free). It was actually well stocked. Next to freeway. Lots of freeway noise all night. Hotel should upgrade their windows to double/triple pane. Staff was friendly and courteous.

We have had to stay here a few times for not so great reasons but have always felt right at home the moment we walked in. It’s the perfect home away from home. The rooms feel like studio apartments. They are clean and spacious. Staff is always so kind and welcoming. No request is too much. We will continue to use this location for future needs in the area.

The Hyatt House has friendly staff that professionally assisted my husband and myself with a smile this made us feel comfortable and welcomed the room was clean the bed comfortable but the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger enjoyed the extras (shampoo,conditioner, gel,coffee, microwave, mini fridge, etc.) Were the icing on the cake.
