Our room was spacious, clean, had all kinds of amenities, and had great natural light. The hotel is in a great location - walking distance to Bells Brewing, hopcat, and the tin can. only stayed one night but it was great. Most definitely would stay again.

Great location. If it wasn’t cold, very walkable to restaurants and bars. Room was in good condition, had a few scuffs and bumps but overall it was well maintained. Staff was terrific. Free street parking on the weekend was a plus!

Great hotel! Very clean and nicely decorated. The workout facility was top notch and we loved the comfortable bed and spacious, functional room! Location 5 stars!

The most inconvenient set-up I've ever seen! I drove to the address shown and parked in front to check in. I didn't realize that this hotel in the back of a Hilton. The parking garage is across the street. You have to walk across the skywalk, go down to the first floor, walk all the way through the Hilton, and then go upstairs again to your room.
The room was clean and nice, but the pillow situation is terrible (bring your own). The Hilton staff was very friendly. The Home 2 Suites staff was not. Breakfast was ok except there was no coffee one of the days.
Overall, I would not recommend this place.

No parking. Had to park down the block and pay 20 for it.

The parking lot was really far from the rooms so it was hard to walk with our 2 and 4 year olds back and forth (we forgot our stroller). Other than that, we loved it! It was spacious, we loved having a microwave and full fridge, and the free breakfast! Would definitely come back.

Nice hotel and good location.
I reserved a suite and ended up getting changed to 2 queens. Other than that everything was good

Since there are 2 hotels in the smae building, labeling each of them could be better. Still a very nice place.

Hotel was very clean and modern.

My stay was ok. The staff tried to add a parking pass to my keys for 2 days and were unable to do so. If they could get that figured out that would be more convenient.

This is a newer hotel, so everything was still pristine. The woman who checked us in was friendly and personable. I had no idea that Kalamazoo has such a large homeless problem, so I definitely wouldn't wander around downtown at night.

Huge room with everything you could need. I wish we were staying for more than one night because this room was so nice!!

A tale of two stories really, Upon checking in and getting to our room, it was not what we had requested ( which was a one bedroom suite as it was 3 adults) , without unpacking went back to speak to the front desk and was basically told that the room we booked did not exsist at the property and that we booked on a third party website and that was the end of it ( option was to book a second room at a cost of about $400 for the two nights), called Expedia spoke to Marco who called the property ( and during this time was shift change) and the person who took the call was Josh at the Hilton, he was able to put us in a room with two beds ( a suite) and this took care of the issue ( strange issue with the accessible shower- which we asked for a tub specifically in our reservation) the shower would drain out into the bedroom and living area ( we were told this was a work order being take care of, but were allowed the necessary towels to clean up) , Second the property charges $20.00 to park in a city run parkade, but if you pay at the parkade yourself , the cost was $14.75...I asked the front desk ( not Josh who was gone in the morning) and explained why would they charge more than the amount being charged at the garage, No answer....just a strange piece of how things work there I guess. Breakfast and room were fine...but Hilton 2 Suites ( I believe this is a long term stay facility) might not be the property for me ( there was a Garden Suites attached which was also nice)

Nothing in particular all was very nice and convenient.

We came by train and it was an easy two blocks walk. We stayed five days and only needed to use Uber for sights many miles away. Everything else was within easy walking distance. The breakfast was good and from 6-9 am. I wish it stayed open later so we could sleep in. We brought some food and drinks in our suitcase and it worked well with the kitchenette in our room. This hotel is great for anyone who wants to stay a few days and feel at home.

The entire staff was very professional and kind. We felt welcomed. Our room was nice, and the lobby and hallways were beautiful with all the colorful paintings. If I have the opportunity, I will always stay at a Hilton Home2 Suites.

The hotel was amazing, the outdoor seating and fire pit was very nice. The homeless population around the hotel was a little nerve racking, I didn't feel safe walking to the parking garage or to my conference at the Radisson alone at night.

We stayed in a “pet room”. When we opened the door to the room a stench came out that was disgusting. It smelled like stinky feet and dog odor. I was very disappointed, especially since I had to pay an additional 75.00 to have my pet there. She definitely does not smell like that. I did let the desk clerk know about it and asked her to let her manager know that it had not been properly cleaned.

Went to visit WMU and stayed in this hotel. Had plenty of parking, allowed pets and was very clean you would never know pets stay there. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beds super comfy. Breakfast also offered.

Only issue was a billing issue at checkout with a duplicate charge for 2 items. Hopefully this will be resolved.

We choose this property as it was walking distance to Bell’s Brewery.
