Exceeded my expectations. Front counter associate was friendly, professional and informative. Room was extremely clean, kitchenette had stove top burners and full size refrigerator. Will definitely stay again

Check in at this property was very friendly, helpful, efficient. The staff is very good and supportive. Property is very clean and close to fast food restaurants for the traveler.
Noise level is horrible from the freeway. You will not sleep at all.

The hotel was very clean and in a safe neighborhood, restaurants close by.
Our biggest complaint was we were only given two towels and two washcloths, no hand towels. There were also no Kleenex in the room.
There was not a hair dryer in the room either, found out you could request one at the front desk, However when we went to inquire about one there was a sign up they they would open at 8:00 even though another sign said they were open 24/7.
Since I-needed a dryer before 8:00 I had to go to the Walmart close by and purchase one.
The beds were not comfortable nor were the pillows.
On a positive note all of the staff were friendly.

Very friendly staff, very safe hotel. Need hotel key to go in and out of the building. Family safe, Animal safe. Loved the kitchenette. Very useful with a family stay.

I enjoyed the cleanliness and staff. But I found it very inconvenient that you make reservations with 3 people but only find 2 towels, 1 tiny bottle of shampoo, no conditioner or lotion, no hair dryer or tissue. Just the basic hygiene products in any hotel. It was irritating not to find a luggage rack either.

Beds were a little stiff, no smart TV, and no hair dryer. Close to interstate so can hear all the traffic. But overall its safe, clean, and nice.

Interesting property, newer site, great condition, but skimpy on supplies making it a lower value place to stay. They don't give you any hand towels to use in the kitchen or bathroom. You also don't get any silver, plates, glasses or anything for the kitchenette. So you either bring your own or purchase what you need from them.

First time staying at this hotel. Very surprised that the bathroom was not fully supplied. No tissue paper, no hand towels, no blow dryer. The beds kept sliding off the metal bed frames. The property was located next to Dave & Buster's so going to dinner was easy. I

A new place that was clean. It is a little tricky to reach at 1st, drove into Costco a few times before getting used to it.
The knock is they want to sell you anything you need even though it has the amenities built.in. There are no cups, plates, or coffee pot provied, you have to purchase them!
For a coffee lover this is terrible...

The hotel is beautiful. Its in a great location. The area is safe. There are many things to do around the hotel. The condition of the rooms was great, but the walls were paper thin. I could hear galloping in the room above us. I called the front desk, but the galloping continued all morning and all night. The bed was comfortable. The window could use a curtain as the sun was bright in the morning. The room lacked an iron and ironing board. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

Great value for the price. Conveniently located next to entertainment, dining, and shopping. The walls are quite thin and I could hear my upstairs neighbor walking around. However, the cleanliness and amenities of the property made the stay worthwhile.

Horrible working and booking with Expedia so many issues, and speaking with the property and your cs dept. several times and still everything was not correct. I will blast Expedia for this. Such incompetent people giving wrong information, etc. Not good!

It was a last minute choice to stay on property. The girl who checked me in was very sweet and polite. The room was fine, seemed clean enough. Bed was ok in terms of comfort and the walls seemed a little thin in terms of noise, but overall it was fine. Shower was hot and bathroom was clean. If I needed a low cost option on short notice, I would stay here again.

I liked it. This hotel must be valued respect to its category and price. It Is notably clean, property Is not old, It Is simple, basic, nice in general. It has no free breakfast but It has a functional kitchen and there Is a Walmart nearby so you could bring something to cook (But bring your pan). Note there was no daily room cleaning... You have to request sheets and towels as you need. The personnel Is very nice thou. Complimentary coffe Is good. I would come back.

Cecilia at check in was so friendly and provided excellent customer service!! I can't say enough about this hotel. My room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was super clean!! Just what I look for in a hotel! Price was reasonable as well!

Wow! A full kitchen, but not furnished with pots, pans and utensils. Nice and new everything. Great safety as you must use room key to get into the halls.
I loved everything about it except the proximity to the interstate made it loud when trying to sleep.
