Located in Branson, this charming house for $2,444 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Private Pool opens for the season starting March 10! Open concept kitchen, with multiple large refrigerators, large dining area, along with patio seating off the back deck. 11 master bedrooms, two half baths, plus a bunk room that sleeps 12! Arcade games, board games, pool table, foosball, PS5 gaming console and large flat screen TV's provide lots of entertainment for all ages. Our 12 bedroom home includes 11 king master bedrooms, a bunk room, queen pull out sofa and 4 sleeper chairs for additional sleeping for kids. The Bunkroom includes 2 queen bunk beds and 2 twin bunk beds- Sleeps 12! All king master bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's, dressers, hangers, extra pillows/blankets, and private bathroom. Each bedroom has a tub/shower combo with the exception of the 2nd bedroom on the main floor with a walk in shower and handheld shower head for ease of use. There is one step going up from the driveway to the main level of the house, which has four master bedrooms & no stairs. However, there are stairs going to the upstairs and downstairs living areas and bedrooms. The main floor has an open kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and patio seating off the back deck. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking together easy and fun! The custom dining table has plenty of seating for a big group and two separate family rooms. The upstairs game room is complete with a pool table, air hockey, multiple game arcade, foosball and TV for your enjoyment. Downstairs has 4 king master bedrooms, gaming console, extra seating, a sectional around a large flat screen TV, fridge, laundry and patio door to back deck and spa. There are two motion activated cameras on the back of the house monitoring the backyards for the safety of the property, the private pool and when the house is unoccupied. The pictures do not even come close to the look of the rooms or property! In person it is so beautiful and all new and clean and sparkly! This rental was 100% better than imagined even! We hope to stay here again in a few months. Perfect location, perfect hosts, perfect home. ❤️

We had between 30 and 36 people in this home for the week of Thanksgiving. This was the perfect house. The shared spaces were big enough for all of us, and the private rooms were comfortable for people when they slept or needed a break from the family. The appliances, flatware, dishes, pots and pans were in great shape and quite useful. The rooms were stocked with ample towels and paper products for our week's stay. Melissa was great to work with and quite responsive both before the trip as well as while we were there in Branson.

We brought 22 of our church family to stay and go see Christmas lights in Branson. Every single person was blown away by this property. I’ve stayed at dozens of VRBO places but this was the best stocked of all of them. The heated pool was left open for us so the kids could swim. The hot tub was used daily with no issues. Plenty of towels, even full size bath/body products were in the showers/tubs. Beautiful property. Wonderful hosts. We will return.

This was an amazing place to stay where all our family and friends got to be together under one roof. We didn’t need to go anywhere else because we had the pool, hot tub and all kinds of games for the kids. We loved that all the appliances where up to date and very nice. The fact that all twelve rooms had their own bathroom was a great hit. I would definitely recommend this place for large groups. The owner was on top of everything we needed to know.

The home is new, clean, spacious & beautiful!! The pool is to die for! I have never seen a private pool so large!! The hosts were awesome!! The dining table was large enough to seat everyone. Cookware was large enough to cook for the entire group. Melissa responded instantly any time we had a question. If you have a large group looking for a great place to bond, but also with enough space for personal privacy, this is definitely the place for you! We all loved this home!!!!

Perfect for our family reunion. The kitchen had all you could possibly need to prepare meals for 30+ people. The pool was wonderful! Everyone remarked on how comfortable the beds were. The floor plan was great in that it provided space for all to come together but also plenty of room to not feel crowded. Close to shopping and entertainment. All agreed that we want to return next year for our family reunion.

We stay at nice places each time we go out of town. This was our favorite! 3 levels, big rooms and great kitchen! Bunk bed room can sleep 12 alone! Swimming pool was very nice. Brand new hot tub. Game room was perfect for the kids! Owners were staying at their place next door and were very responsive when we needed the lights on the back patio turned down. This place feels like we are in the Ozarks but just 2 minutes away from the Branson strip. Great location and great house!

This property was perfect for our group of nearly 40. It had everything we could have asked for and then some. Everyone was amazed at the cleanliness of the house. Many of our guests had never stayed in a house like this. They all loved it and wanted more information about how to rent it in the future. Our every need was met!!!

Yhe house was amazing. It was spacious and well stocked with everthing we needed. We literally only need to bring clothes and food. We had a group of adults and high school aged students. The house was perfect and kitchen was nicely stocked to take care of all our needs. The host was very responsive and kind, taking care of any questions we had promptly. The location was very central to all the amenities we enjoyed over the weekend. I would highly recommend this property.

We rented the house for a family weekend in Branson. Once there it was quickly decided that we didn’t even need Branson, just the house. House is completely equipped with everything you would need for a stay. Kitchen was overloaded. Linen closests stocked completely. Even laundry detergent and full size toiletries in the bathrooms. Our favorite spot was being upstairs in the gaming area just hanging out. What a great house!!
