It will be released back to you after check out. * The cleaning company cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, you can leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay. * Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available on demand for a price. * The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies. * We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes. * You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property Interaction with Guests: The check-in and check-out is similar to a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. Absolutely what we needed. Great location. Room had all the amenities needed for our extended stay. The hotel itself was extremely clean with amazing staff. Just a hope skip over to the mgm grand and the monorail. Easy access to most properties from the tower. We did a combination of the monorail and walking thru the mgm grand to explorer like the new york new york and excalibur. Everything is connected via sky bridges. Jetted bathtub, mini kitchen with fridge was all a bonus and made things extremely relaxing. Good stay, would recommend.

I attended a week long work conference at MGM. Staying at the signiture grand was far superior to staying at the MGM hotel. Non-smoking, close to the convention area, quiet, spacious and much more cost effective. Nice view of the new sphere at night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Las Vegas Signature MGM, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and impeccable maintenance of the entire property. The rooms were spotless, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. What stood out to me the most was the accuracy of the listing. The hotel lived up to its description in every way possible. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The photos on the website truly reflected the reality of what I experienced during my stay. Furthermore, the location of the Las Vegas Signature MGM couldn't be more perfect. It is situated right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the nearby attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. Whether you're interested in world-class shows, upscale dining, or exciting nightlife, everything is just a stone's throw away. Overall, I highly recommend the Las Vegas Signature MGM to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Las Vegas. The cleanliness, accurate listing, great views, and fantastic stay in Las Vegas.

Initalling did my research about the property and chose listing from Tower 2, 17th floor. Due to physical disabilities the reviews from others said this was the best tower to stay in due to access to amenities and possible issues with valet parking. After booking, received my check in information and was told we were staying in tower 3. Was told this was an error in the listing and that our reservation was in tower 3 and that tower 2 was not available. I was assured that the room would be to our liking..this was true the room is AMAZING. And the room also has a wonderful view. However, not the the owners fault the Signature only had valet in tower 3 open 1 night in our 3 night stay. The walk from tower 2 where valet is supposed to be open 24 hours is not bad but valet was full 2 of the 3 nights. We were offered validated parking at the MGM Grand but had to Uber to the parking ramp as the walk was too far for us with disabilities. Very frustrating as a guest, but again not the owners fault just wish we would have been in tower 2 as the listing was showing. Owner was communicating well and very apologetic when the issue with the listing was discovered. Would stay at another listing/location with owner but not at the Signature.

The property was clean and as described. The views from the balcony were amazing. The location was very convenient to the tram that runs up and down the strip. We bought a 3 day pass for the tram and went to pretty much all the hotels on the strip. Having a kitchen was really convenient and helpful too.

Our stay was fantastic! Very clean and spacious suite. Even more special . . this suite is on the end with multiple beautiful views. We were in town for a tournament and had spent a few previous nights at the hotel where the tournament was and it was such a wonderful relief move over to this suite at the MGM Signature Tower to finish off our stay in Vegas. The lazy river was awesome too! The was never a wait at the elevator either. Also, the owner was very quick to reply with any questions we had. We would definitely return!
