Very clean, amenities aplenty in and out, easy and rapid communication with hostess at all times. She ensured that we felt at home and could optimize the pleasure of our stay here.

The place is very nice inside an out. Everything is in good shape inside and the views outside are wonderful. Highly recommend it!

My family and I absolutely LOVED our stay! This was our first trip to Smith Mountain Lake and we already booked another visit for the end of June. For this unit: - Better than the pictures - Huge, tons of room - Modern and very clean - I am picky about bathrooms and hate small and dirty bathrooms. The bathrooms were great and had big showers. Loved our master bath - View was excellent, right on the water. Was rainy and chilly when we went for Memorial Day, but we did a lot of fishing from the docks - Parking was tight but totally acceptable - We were worried that noise would be an issue but we never heard a sound from our neighbors - The only bad point is that you have to take your trash to a location 5 minutes away and we wish that had been in the listing. BUT, the home was so beautiful and so nice that we would absolutely rent it again and happily haul away the trash. The trash place is located at 3135 Lovely Valley Road, Moneta, VA. If this is your first time coming to SML, this side of the lake is the best. We drove all over and some places are very remote. This home is near shopping, restaurants and Bridgewater Plaza which has tons of fun things to do. Plus, you have the quiet serenity of the lake with a front row seat!

My special needs adult son loves the 4 H camp but needed a comfortable place to sleep and that we could relax and take him back and forth to camp. My niece and I were also able to relax and enjoy the lovely comfortable accommodations. I did have a knock on the door from a man claiming he had the townhouse I was in the week before and he wanted to come in and look for a pair of shoes his daughter had left. I had not seen shoes and I did not let him in and this did make me very uncomfortable. This should be a no no this day in time. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Bedrooms with each having a bathroom accompted 3 couples. Loved not needed to bring beach towel or linens. House came well supplied with coffee and filters as well. Only note, would be information regarding trash and exiting instruction. Owner was quick to respond on any questions.

Overall this was a nice stay. The owners had the fridge stocked with drinks and water. The view was very beautiful. You can see the lake on every level of the property. They had towels and hand clothes available. Throw blankets was available. The place was very very clean. There were cooking pots pans etc. Appliances were good. The beds were comfortable. There is only one tv in the living room. Cons: Parking was tight. No boat ramp on the property. It’s about 5 miles away. There was always kids in the parking lot hitting a ball around peoples vehicles. The walk to the dock is not convenient. It rained the whole time we were there and the grass was wet and you have to walk down hill. We couldn’t park our bass boat in the boat slip. It’s made for pontoon boats.

Such a beautiful place to stay on an even more beautiful lake! Feet from the lake and having a slip for a boat made rentals great! We will be back!

Such a great experience all around. The townhouse was wonderful. Stocked with everything you need, including sodas and waters. Beautiful and CLEAN! Our first time at SML. Will definitely be back, especially to this property. Rented a Seadoo and boat only a few miles away. All around, the most fun ever!

The place was perfect for six adults. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They provided everything on the listing plus allowed us to use some floats, lifevests and the covered dock for our rental boat. The house also has a washer and dryer and all the necessities. We had a very comfortable stay with a beautiful view and a quick walk to the lake. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
