This newly updated 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Mesilla, Downtown Las Cruces, NMSU, dining and much more. This little gem is the perfect location for your next Las Cruces stay. This home has 5 bedrooms, all with TVs. Living room has large TV as well. One large bedroom also has a futon to accommodate two more people. The kitchen has seating for 14 total including the island. Enough glass and serve ware for 12. House is very centrally located to all parts of Las Cruces!

The property is centrally located, user friendly, and beautifully maintained!

Th is great pepper was made even better by the amazing and accommodating owner. She was so communicative and did so much to help us check in and out around the babies’ schedules. The dining room is huge and open to the kitchen making it the perfect place for our 18 family members to gather for meals. (Only 4 adults and 4 children stayed at the house.) It was super comfortable, close to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. I will definitely recommend this property and rent again if the need arises.
