Everything in the condo was amazing! Everything I want in vrbo. Very clean. Very easy to get in and felt very secure. Everything was labeled nicely. We were happy with the extra bedding and towel for the pull out bed. I loved the area of the condo. A lot shops and restaurants near by.

This property was fantastic and some of the best communication from the property manager I've ever had. Super nice, super clean, and super stocked. Very peaceful location with minmal noise. Would come back without question. I was also pleasantly surprised when I found the unit a short walk from station 15 of the Cincinnati rail car, which is completely free, and takes you insanely close to Paycor and the Ballpark.

We came into town for my sisters wedding which was a few blocks from Ralph and Valliere’s condo. Ralph went out of his way to accommodate us and helped to get our rental crib into the unit before we arrived. It was clean and easily accessible. Having a parking space in the building with the Kroger was a lifesaver with little kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This apartment is super clean. The location is central to all downtown entertainment, sports, and restaurants. Communication with the owner was wonderful and safety was a priority! Will definitely stay again when visiting Cincinnati! Thanks for the amazing home!

This condo is in a great location....close to the free tram. It's perfect for 2 couples. It was very clean & owner was very friendly & easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot to stay to see a ball game! Great communication and cute condo in an even cuter area! Walkable to many restaurants and a quick 15 min walk to the baseball stadium. Parking was super convenient.

We picked this property because of the location to the Reds Ballpark. Cecille and Ralph were very responsive the time I contacted them and checked in via text afterwards. Their place was updated, clean, neat and had all the necessities you needed. We were not in the condo much as we were out exploring. We would definitely stay there again though. We parked in the garage and never used our vehicle once. The only time we used the pass was when we pulled out to park down by the condo to load up to come home. Let me tell you, it was not only centrally located to the the Reds ballpark and many other places (Hard Rock Casino, Aquarium, Bengals Stadium, Purple People Bridge to Ky) there were plenty of places within walking distance to eat/bar hop, you name it! Taglio's Pizza is hands down some of the Best pizza we have ever eaten. The Bagelry was amazing and so was The Eagle. Oh! One last thing, A must stop in is Avril-Bleh Meats & Deli. On the same street as the entrance to the condo. Family owned and awesome people. Go in on a Sat morning when they have the pulled out the brisket. Once it is gone its gone. Amazing, along with everything else.

Accommodations were great with ample space for two couples. Good size kitchen and common area. Location was exceptional, within walking distance to numerous options for dining and entertainment. Very close to a street car pick up that can take you all the way from Rhinegeist in the north to the banks at the south end of town for free and quickly. Fantastic communication from hosts with very easy check in and check out. Parking included in lot above Kroger within a couple minute walk. Would definitely recommend and plan to return for future trips to the city.

Our overall experience was excellent! Ralph would answer any question for us almost immediately, he was a perfect host! Condo was immaculate, and comfortable! We were just there overnight to attend a concert and it was super easy for us to just grab a Uber back-and-forth and get to the condo. If I’m ever in Cincinnati again I’m gonna stay at the same place definitely. We were also there with friends and their kids and we all had an excellent experience at the condo! Thank you Ralph for everything!

Perfect place for a family or two couples! Close/walking distance to many activities, bars, restaurants, and sporting events. The rental was extremely clean, in great shape and has everything needed for your stay. Communication before and during the stay was amazing and check in/out instructions were detailed and made everything a breeze. Ralph and Cecille were a complete pleasure! We’ll be back and will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience staying in this adorable apartment. The owner was in touch with me before check in, during our stay and even called after we checked out to make sure we had a great experience. The instructions for check in and check out were flawless. The included covered parking in a garage around the corner was a plus and very convenient. The unit had everything we needed from dinnerware in the kitchen to some toiletries in the bathrooms. My only regret was we were only in town one night. I will stay again on my next trip to Cincy and hopefully can stay longer. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable, clean and spacious place to stay.

Met up with 2 friends for a girls weekend, and Ralph's place was perfect! The location cannot be beat - easy to get to, walkable to coffee, dinner, bars, and a Kroger. The condo itself was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed- even the pullout was pretty comfy! We'll absolute look to stay here again.

This condominium was a perfect place for friends to comfortably stay for a long weekend. The location and entrance to the condo itself, was attractive and inviting. The bathrooms were stylish and roomy. We had the best of time just sitting around in the living room watching a movie and playing games and then getting a good night sleep on the comfy beds. Our mission was to see Tina Turner play at the Aranoff Center just a short walk away. It was a beautiful October weekend to walk around Downtown easily. Yet, we really enjoyed just socializing back at the Condo. Communication with the owner Ralph was exceptional. He made everything so simple and direct.

This apartment is in a great downtown Cincinnati location. Just a very short walk to a Kroger supermarket, and plenty of restaurants. We walked to Paycor Stadium within 20 minutes. The apartment is very spacious and beautiful decorated. Lots of kitchen amenities. Communication with the owners were excellent.

This is a great property in the middle of the City. Great location for walking to all the sports Stadiums, but if you don’t want to walk, the light rail is a block away and it takes you all over the city for free. The Unit is very nicely furnished and equipped. It was clean and the check in instructions were excellent. This unit even included a parking pass for a nearby garage. We found the owners very responsive and will use this property again.

This apartment, located in an area between downtown and the trendy & fun Over the Rhine neighborhood, was new and spotless. It was well-designed and furnished very nicely with comfortable new furniture and appliances. The bathrooms were very elegant as well as functional. Bed comfortable with good linens. It was located on a fairly new plaza, created by closing off one block of Court St. When we visited there was a open roller-rink in the middle of the Plaza with a sound system and DJ. Fun to watch, and the noise did not penetrate to the apartment at all. The one resident neighbor we encountered was friendly and helpful. In fact, he carried our bags up the one flight of stairs. The Plaza is definitely a work in progress, with some buildings still under renovation, but again, nothing disturbed us. A restaurant , Mid-City, was just across the Plaza, with an outdoor area and interesting menu of good choices. And, the best: a French bakery Mon-Petit-Choux a short walk away. Our landlord, Ralph, was very accommodating, and easy to communicate with. They obviously have put a lot of thought and effort into making this comfortable. I highly recommend this.
