Nestled in Sea Point, this attractive condo for $261 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Situated on the foot of Signal Hill overlooking Sea Point, this apartment has stunning ocean and sunset views. This chic apartment features 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and has a private balcony with uninterrupted sea views. The stylish living and dining areas are open plan to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with SMEG appliances and a Nespresso machine as well as a Smart TV with Netflix in the living area.The private balcony, where guests can enjoy their morning coffee as well as sundowners, is accessed from the lounge via sliding doors. An important feature is that the apartment has generators, therefore no power interruptions. It also has high speed Fibre WiFi. Room Configuration: Master bedroom: balcony with sea views, a king size bed, AC and a full open plan bathroom, with underfloor heating and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2: balcony with sea views, a queen size bed. It has a seperate bathroom which doubles up as guest facilities. On the fourth floor of the block, there is a communal outdoor swimming pool and entertainment area for guests enjoyment. HISTORIC TO ITS CORE A former 19th century fortified battery from the Anglo-Russian conflict. This relic serves as a live-in exhibition, the first and only of its kind in the city featuring a central display with lounge seating and wine tasting tables. The battery’s tunnel network was restored and repurposed into an underground wine cellar, with a dedicated tasting area. Guest access There is secure parking available inside the apartment block, along with lift access to the apartment. Indemnity: Home Meets Hotel, as well as the owner, do not accept liability for any loss and/or damage to any personal items and/or person for any reason whatsoever. Sufficient travel & medical insurance is therefore strongly advised. Important Information: South Africa is currently experiencing an electricity shortage, so there might be periods when you will be without electricity. We call it load shedding and there is an app that you can download to check the schedule in your area so that you can plan around it. We provide guests with a starter pack to get them going on the first day of their arrival consisting of tea/coffee/sugar/milk/water, basic cleaning detergents and bathroom amenities. Please take note that we do not replenish these items for the duration of your stay. We provide guests with a fitted sheet and duvet, which will be on the bed as well as a bath towel and hand towel for each guest. We can arrange housekeeping at an additional cost. Please make sure to arrange this with your host prior to your arrival. For bookings longer than 7 nights, there is a complimentary mid stay cleaning service which includes a change of linen. We can arrange an airport shuttle at an additional cost. We do no have international plugs/converters, therefore please remember to bring your own. We do not get informed when neighbouring units are getting renovated, therefore if it happens during working hours, we are unable to prevent it. We can only recommend and not dictate the furnishing, window coverings (whether too light or too dark), kitchen utensils, cooking ware, cutlery etc of the unit, as this remains the personal choice of the owner. No smoking is allowed in the apartment, failing to adhere to it, the group will be requested to leave the premises immediately and payments will not be refunded. Please report anything which is not to your satisfaction on the day of your arrival, so that we can address it to the best of our ability as it is our top priority to make your stay with us as pleasant and memorable as possible.
