We are conveniently located to many areas/cities: Annapolis- 15 miles Baltimore- 40 Washington DC- 45 Easton- 30 Enjoy a Self-Check-in to this Beautiful Home that is perfectly situated near all the local Kent Island Restaurants, Shops, Attractions. This is a Non-Smoking House. Also No Pets, Parties or Large Groups (14 max.). Book Today! The Space: This 3 acre Home with Private Pond on property, is located in Stevensville/Kent Island has a quiet & peaceful setting at the end of a cul-de-sac. The first floor has the Kitchen, Living Room with a large sectional sofa, a Full Bathroom, a Sauna w/Shower, the Master Bedroom with King Bed, and the 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed. Located on the upper level a Loft that sleeps 6 with 2 Full-Sized Beds and a Full Pullout Sofa. Upper level also has a 3 Bedroom with a King-Size Bed and Full Bathroom. There are Smart TV's with streaming services in the living room and Master Bedroom. The House also has WIFI, A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Supplies, etc. Blankets, pillows, linens and bath towels ARE provided with the home. The Kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs. Guest Access: You will have full access to the entire house and property, with the exception of the garage, and exterior buildings. Other Things to Note: - The home is two stories with necessity to climb a few stairs to access the entry and stairs to access the upper floor inside. - Also, there is a workshop on the property that houses businesses. - The Waterfront & Lakeview description refers to the Private Pond that is located directly on the property.

My friends and I went to a local Spa for the day and stayed at this VRBO in the evening. Lots of room and beds. It was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive Uber eats delivered our dinner. So the location was convenient for us I would recommend and I would rent this location again if I’m in this area!

This was a great house in a really great neighborhood. It was clean and well stocked. The host was great, quick to respond, and very accommodating. I recommend you stay here if you are looking for a house anywhere near this area. We commuted to DC daily and had no issues.

We stayed with a large group for a wedding nearby in Kent island and it was a perfect house! The house has plenty of beds/sleeping arrangements, expansive outdoor space (we played pickleball and four square in the driveway) and was situated in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the wedding venue. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!
