Location close to Bangkok Hospital in Chiang Mai! Walking distance

Shower drain was plugged. I was standing in a pool of water every time I got done showering. It eventually drained, like a half hour after the shower ended. I politely told the staff about it and asked them to fix it about 3 times. They said someone would fix it, and they even gave me approximate times that someone would come to fix it, but it never happened for the 6 nights I stayed there. Not acceptable. I was very busy with doctors appointments (and other issues) all week, so I didn't want the added trouble of changing hotels, so I just stayed there and put up with it. Everything else about the room and staff was good.

Location near Bangkok Hospital was great! Facilities were beautiful!

Flashing lights on smoke detector, lights on air conditioner, and hot water quit working. For a Westerner the breakfast was not easy to eat.

Location is abit far inside the area, however would recommend providing rental bike/car service out to the city! Would love it for a more convenient stay and convenient travel to the convenience store & night markets

Although it was a bit difficult to find, the location ended up being decent after we figured it out, and had plenty of car parking too. The building is very well designed, and everything was very clean, and the bed was amazing. The shower was also hot and wonderful, and the overall size of the room and bathroom were fairly big. The staff were very kind and friendly.

The WiFi required a login system and wouldn't work on some of our devices. Also, despite the walls and doors being stronger than most hotels in the country, there was a very annoying beeping sound that occured whenever someone was too slow to close their room door, so we heard loud beeping sounds constantly from the various rooms nearby. Also, not really the hotel's fault but a few rooms on our floor had children that kept running around screaming in the hallway until we asked them to stop.

upon check in we were told it’s at 2pm when online it states 12 - so we were told to wait half an hour which I ended up waiting an hour to check in to the room, it was fine as room was clean but no hand wash in any of them which I think is strange and unhygienic. Had to buy some when we were out but why would that not be a necessity regardless? upon the morning of check out we had housekeeping knock on our door 3 times, waking us up, trying to come into the room when the second time my husband opened the door and housekeeping spoke in thai but the we understood she was telling us that they have to clean because we have to go check out. it was still morning and baring in mind check out is at 12. they were knocking on our door since 10am. I don’t think that was pleasant at all and disturbed us from a long night. Downstairs it also stated check out is 12. Housekeeping must be aware of this and if so, they should respect this because this really frustrated us since they didn’t knock just once, but 3 times.

New building and clean

The wall is very thin so we can hear the tv from the other room then I cant sleep because of this
