One of those rooms is located on the ground floor, so if someone has trouble climbing stairs, you don't have to worry anymore! You will also find two theme bedrooms (Mickey and Minions) that your children will surely love! This modern house offers all the amenities you need: washer and dryer, iron and iron board, hairdryers, Free High-Speed Wifi and much more! It was a great place to host a large group for a friend vacation! Every room had their own bathroom and everyone had more than enough space. Check in and check out were very easy.

Pros: roomy and perfect for large groups.
Cons: worn out home! Broken furniture, broken towel bar, missing light above the island, carpet needs to be replaced, walls very dingy! The dishwasher looks like it’s about to fall out.
The towels were wet when we arrived (folded as if clean but clearly taken out of a dryer too soon).
Paid to heat the pool/hot tub and the hot tub never got hot! The pool was warmer than the hot tub all 3 days of our stay.
Great if you are looking for a spacious house and can look past the other issues!

We stayed 5 nights, beautiful property, well located, excellent pool.
I just missed a little more cleaning in the bathrooms.
They didn’t had pool towels.
The rest was great!

This house was very nice and spacious. However, as nice as the house was the amenities were not up to par. The wrap around couch in the main sitting and TV area was horrible. When you sit in it you shrunk almost to the floor and needed help gating up. It needs to be replaced immediately. The TV’s need to be upgraded. Many of the remotes did not work and the cable was nonexistent. All television was through streaming and no live tv. Finally, the carpet was extremely dirty it also needs to be replaced immediately. This is a very nice house that the owners need to put some tender loving care into by making some much needed upgrades. My family enjoyed our stay at this house as we just determined to have an enjoyable time in spite of the issues mentioned.

overall, the house is great for our group of eight adults. plenty of room for everyone. it was nice that everyone had their own bathroom. just a couple minor issues - the door on the stove doesn't shut completely, hence the oven light stays on all the time. there appears to be a missing shelf in the refrigerator. and the bottom drawer in the refrigerator was broken. and the carpet on the stairs and in all the upstairs bedrooms is old and needs to be replaced. it wasn't necessarily dirty, but you could tell it is old and beyond its useful life. you expect better for this kind of a property. but overall everyone enjoyed their stay and the house was very comfortable for everyone.

The property was great. The payment process was strange and glitchy… I had to repeat it multiple times, which made me nervous, but I am glad I followed through because the property was just as shown in photos, which I think was a great value given how many guests it can accommodate. Thank you ACO!

Great neighborhood.Carpet needed cleaning.and worn-out. Some repairs were needed through-out the whole house.Paid 4 pool heating ,but it never did heat-up even after a phone call 2 the office,and after telling pool maintenance. AFTER STAYING 1week.Overall...i still say it was a good stay ,and will use them again.

The house is beautiful exactly like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. My only issue was the resort was closed and nobody informed me that it would be closed while staying. The house was very clean upon arrival and put together well. My family had an amazing time, I would definitely recommend especially with a big group.

Everything was good except the pool and hot tub required more money to be used and heated. Received an email notification 48 hours before check in that they needed 72 hours notice.

I love the house inside laid out.. but the mattress’s on the bed in the king size was the worst my parents didn’t sleep on it.. the sofa looks very dirty torn up the carpet in the living room was so dusty you could smell it.. .. we had a great time love the community and house but we can’t even think to book again bcaz of those things..

I would not recommend this place. It's a corperate-owned home and you can tell they don't care about making the house clean and welcoming. The pool was half filled and filthy when we arrived, so we couldn't use it for a day or so. The grill was junk, so we had to call management for another one. And, there seems to be a mold problem. We saw some on the ceiling and I was sneezing all week. Plus, they weren't honest about amenities (i.e. there's no ceiling fans in the lanai). To top it off, they charged us $150 for stained sheets and towels!

The cleanliness was in question. The furniture dirty. Broken sofa in game room. Extremely dirty carpet throughout the house especially the stairs and upstairs. Walls and baseboards were scratched and it looked not being maintenance for long time.
There was an insufficient number of forks, 7 for 10 people. We bought additional flatware. Master bathroom sheets were dirty and empty bottles of water in the bedroom as well. It needs major TLC .

After checking out I was charged bogusly for dirty towels; towels used to dry off with from either the pool or the a bath.
Consider staying somewhere else.

We brought a group of co workers for a convention. The kitchen and playroom was great. Most rooms had its own shower and the beds were comfortable Took the hot tub some time to warm up and the home needs a little up keep .....but it was a great space for us

The house had all the rooms and fit our family perfect. However, it does need to be upgraded being it’s been used a lot. The floor rug should be replaced it’s condition can be dangerous being is bows on the side and tripped a couple of times. No injuries but it can be a safety issue. It does need to be repainted in areas. And the carpets were stained to it’s point that shampooing is not an option. A little repair can be a great investment. I wouldn’t say it was dirty it was more over used and time to replaces something things. Like door handles, doors that has wholes, and carpet. Also I would recommend that they leave a small mop along side the broom. It’s hard to wait for cleaning crew to come in when you have sudden spills. But over all my family enjoyed themselves, the pool was great and heated up nicely. Being the time of year we came we were able to swim with the heated pool and hot tub when requesting the heat. It’s location was perfect to getting to all the amusement parks, and more. I would rent it again for our family. The host was prompt on responding to me. Thanks again. This trip was an emotional trip for us being it was a memorial vacation in memory of my husbands passing this November, which your home helped us come together and enjoy our time of fun, laughter, healing and more. I hope this review helps potential renters in the near future.

One of the worst property. The carpets and sofas are so dirty. Online pictures are fake. I am not recommending this property to anyone.

The house it’s self was very pretty!! But…it was not cleaned at all..and it looked like it had not been cleaned in many months..there was Cobb webs and layers of dust over everything..bed sheets were dirty and many things were damaged..it the cleaning is done better then this house would be a dream!

While this new house was nice, it had lots of issues that caused our stay to be very disappointing with lots of inconveniences. We found out on Christmas day when trying to cook our ham that the oven door was off it's hinge and would not close. Maintenance could not come until that night and was not able to fix the issue. The dryer took many hours to dry a load. We assisted maintenance to find the issue, which was the outside vent was stuck closed. We prepaid for pool heat, which was not turned on until the 2nd day and took a full day to heat up. Once heated, it was too hot. The water temperature was the same as the hot tub water and when the hot tub was turned on the water drained out of the hot tub below the jets, making it not usable. There were many other issues, some of which maint did resolve. The most irritating part of the stay was trying to reach ACO support. Their phone lines would ring with no answer and no voicemail option to leave a message for callback. We tried calling at least a dozen times and finally had to call VRBO to get in touch with ACO support. To top it all off, ACO charged us with leaving the trash bags in the garage, when there where no trash bins at the house and no instructions at the house that there was a dumpster at the clubhouse that they expected us to drive our trash to. Overall a very disappointing experience. To date I still have not received a refund for the pool heat issues which an agent assured me that I would be receiving, instead they charged my card extra for garbage removal, which was due to ACO not leaving any instructions at the house.
