Our family loved this place. The balcony with dining table overlooking the water, right at the beach, and with a couple pools and hot tubs on premise, too. Comfortable beds. Living room and kitchen very functional. Will definitely consider staying again!

We lucked out with this property. First it was probably the cleanest rental I have stayed at. It was easy to check in and had great parking. The beach in that area was very nice. We were so happy with our stay.

Opening the door to the condo and seeing the cleaning lady had not even started. The cleaning lady stated she wasn't to be here until Friday which we had arrived on Tuesday afternoon.

Very great location Loved being on the beach with all the amenities: Pool, weight room, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room The main bathroom could use some updates But overall, we enjoyed our stay!

This was the second time we booked this apartment and it didn’t disappoint again. It is a great apartment with a very nice balcony that has a great view. Super clean and conveniently located. The owner is very responsive and quick. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was well-stocked and the location is great…convenient to everything. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Beautiful view! We really enjoyed staying here! I can’t recommend this condo enough! Would definitely stay here again and the owner, Ron was a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful, clean condo! Minor repairs were needed during our stay, but were addressed by the owner in an extremely expedient manner. We were completely impressed with his responsiveness! I’d recommend this condo highly. The only real issue was the elevators in the building. Constantly out of order. Each day usually only one of the two was working. Very frustrating and long waits for users. We had to climb the stairs to the 12th floor one evening. Not cool at all for anyone needing handicap accessibility. Other than that main issue, we enjoyed our stay immensely!

The condo was just as described, clean and functional with breathtaking views. First time staying in condo in years and was very nice. No wait at elevators and beach was great! Easy access to all our favorite great restaurants! The covered parking was an extra perk. Felt very safe and secure with guard on duty. Exercise room meet our needs (great view) without a wait. We will be back.

We had a wonderful week. The weather didn't cooperate. 🤣The condo was great. Big laundry room with full size washer and dryer was a plus. Most condos have a small stackable washer and dryer stuck in a small space. So close to everything and anything you could possibly want to do. Definitely would love to stay here again. Thank You!! With a call, email or text Ron was very easy to get in touch with. No waiting on his replies. Anyone staying somewhere else would be missing a great place here at Island Royale!! Oh and for the frequent vacationers looking for that condo with a very short walk to the beach well you found it!!

Great location. Fast elevator. Clean even in the public areas. The closesr thing to a compIaint i have is that i didnt see dophins every day When they came they frollicked in front of us most of the aftermoon. Wonderful restaurants near by

Great condo! Perfect location in walking distance to many restaurants and shops! Beach access is right there and the beach is beautiful! The condo had everything we needed and was a nice place to relax and enjoy the ocean view in between activities. Was a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Our stay here was great. The place was easy to find, easy to get the key etc. Our favorite part was the patio! Very quiet, facing the ocean. Listening to the waves will put you to sleep! Wish they would have had some lounge chairs on the deck. I would have taken a few naps out there. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a convenient store across the street in case you neeed something. The kitchen was very well stocked with essentials. Would recommend this place and may be back to visit.

The place was clean and decorated so nice. The view from the terrace was amazing. The renting process was so easy and getting the key and parking pass was flawless. We had a great place to park and the owner even suggested some places to eat and we tried out all of them. It was a great place to vacation and relax.

This was a great location to spend a relaxing beach week. The condo was perfect for relaxing and the beds were super comfy. The views were great- we were able to watch the dolphins swimming up the coast each morning! We will definitely be staying here again!

We love bike riding at the state park and the proximity was perfect. There is a bike lane that feels safe down to the park. Covered parking so the car was not so hot. We saw lots of aquatic life from the beautiful balcony view and walks down the soft white sand beach.

As everyone has mentioned, the view was spectacular. Even our car had a view in the garage. We saw so much sea life from our balcony - dolphins, sharks, sting rays, turtles, horseshoe crab, etc. The condo was set up great. Comfy king size bed. The owners made check in and out simple and had the perfect amount of kitchenware/appliances for cooking. Would highly recommend this stay. Oh, and side note, would recommend eating at Desoto, King Neptune, Flora Bama and Tacky Jacks. Tacky Jacks shrimp and grits are to die for.

This property needs attention! In June there were reviews about the sheetrock patches, and it said they were fixing to paint. There were big white sheetrock patches in kitchen area, dining room area living room area and Master bedroom, so as of September painting still had not been done yet. The first bath toilet had a good 1/4" crack between toilet and floor and someone had actually wedged some kind of plastic piece between toilet and floor in efforts to stabilize the toilet from the major wobble it had when you sat on it. It normally took 3 flushes to even get liquid and t-ppr down. The master bath toilet had a wobble as well and flushing issues but not as bad as the first bath. Master bath had 2 light bulbs out on the light bar over sink. Rusted spot on outside of tub where ceramic tub was chipped away, wall moisture damage over master bath shower and hairs on bath walls. Disgusting!! That tells me that the cleaning people didn't even bother to rinse the walls with plain water much less disinfect everything!! We needed more pillows, 2 of the pillows in closet we went to use, but there were no linens for them, had big blood stains on them with blood spatters!! Major issue for us!! Hazmat issues! Needless to say we had to go buy more pillows and linens that we felt safe to use. The kitchen had NO 9 X 12 nor 11x13 inch casserole dishes. Nothing large enough to make a casserole dish in. We rented a condo to cook instead of eating out every night. The crock pot was from the early 70's that sat on a heat plate and was stuck on HIGH! Chicken was almost burned in two hours. The lock box to get the key, took my grown son to get into it. If I had been by myself, I honestly don't think I could have possibly gotten in. It needs to be replaced. The outside electrical outlet on balcony had the electrical plate laying on the balcony and plus it had no outside cover over it. There are just too many things to this unit that needs attention, maintenance, and better cleaning. I realize this may be managing company issues and cleaning company issues, but I do not recommend staying in this unit for the money you pay. I was totally disappointed. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. one hot tub was down with issues the first night. Pool is very small and located between two high rise buildings, so it is in the shade most of the time. Conveniently located on the beautiful beach. Just so disappointed in the condo itself.

The property was exactly as expected. It was a very very great view with dolphins and a shark and lots of good people watching from the balcony. aA very short walk to the beach. nice nice nice. The owner was very easy to communicate with and everything was great including the weather.

Everything about the condo was nice. Loved the view & the closeness to the beach. Kitchen was furnished with everything we could need. Master bed slept nice. Loved the location. Only small negative is I wish the pool would have been nicer/bigger but like my kids said, we go to the beach to be in the ocean not the pool :) Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time this week. Impressed with the condo. Parking was a little confusing because we had two cars. Didn’t know we were supposed to notify before stay. My daughter had to pay 30.00 to get a parking pass. Fire alarm went off twice this week. Once at 2:30 am Sunday and the other at 6:45 am Wednesday. Very disconcerting for sleepy people and babies.
