The apartment was nice but way over priced for what the amenities and location. Also the upgrades done to the apartment look like like basic DYI.

The television was hard to figure out, and the Wi-Fi was not very good

The property is at a very busy intersection. Traffic noise made sleeping a problem: especially if you are a light sleeper. May have been exaggerated by a detour in town that caused more turning traffic. The sound proof in the building is not that great. We could hear walking, shower running, etc., in the upper units.

The place is located in a great spot & is comfortable. Everything is within a half hour walk max, Lisa’s next door is great, there’s a small park across the street if you bring your pup. Host was responsive with communication.

Overall, Downhill Apts. is in a great location and provided for a good experience. Our unit was clean and roomy enough for two young boys and our large dog with a fully equipped kitchen. Being able to walk or take short drives to Main street made for easy access to everything. Our only improvement would be better access to laundry services on-site. Otherwise, it was a great time and we will be back in the future.

Very noisy. We were on the first floor and upstairs unit loud walkers.
Located at a busy intersection- can get loud.
Due to weather we couldn’t enjoy outdoor activities
