Built in 2019, sitting one block from the ocean and directly on the bay, this spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom condo is positioned on the top floor of The Residences at Lighthouse Cove. You will marvel at its resort feel from the balcony where you overlook the gated heated pool while also capturing a clear view of the Rehoboth Bay to the left! You’ll also have full access to the inside pool for those cold and or inclement weather days, along with access to the fitness club! Exclusive, with a minimum four-night stay, will be a bottle of award-winning wine from a coveted local winery waiting for you on the kitchen counter! This stellar wine is best enjoyed while relaxing in the premium chairs on the private balcony; embracing the views and amenities of this beautiful condo and building! The massive and expansive pool decks are exclusive to occupants of The Residences at Lighthouse Cove. They offer multiple deck levels with panoramic views of Dewey Beach, the bay and an epic horizon view of the Atlantic Ocean. You’ll also enjoy private fire pits, seating areas and outdoor gilling kiosks. With the amenities of this beautiful private deck, you are certain to enjoy countless hours swimming and sunbathing poolside by day and star gazing by night! From the lower deck, you can directly connect to the Lighthouse Restaurant and Bar; from here, you are able to sit back, relax and soak in a beautiful sunset over the bay. Upon entering the condo, you will notice the spacious open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining area and living room. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops adorn the kitchen. The kitchen has ample storage space for groceries and personal items and is well equipped for your cooking and hosting needs. The kitchen island is cozy for a morning cup of coffee or a brief rest while cooking. The dining table has seating for six and the adjoined living room boasts a wall of windows with a sliding glass door overlooking the private balcony, pool and deck area. There is a comfy couch with a pullout bed, two additional chairs and large smart tv above the gas fireplace, which, you’ll find to be perfect for those relaxing evenings! The master bedroom is appointed with a quality furniture suite and an ultra plush king-sized bed. Attached to the master is a private and very spacious bathroom with a double vanity and large standup shower. A private door leads from the master to the balcony! You’ll find a smart TV mounted directly in front of the bed and an entire wall banked with windows, again showing off the views to the private pool and deck area! The second bedroom is welcoming with its neutral décor and the bright feel is accentuated by the two large skylights! It is appointed with a sturdy full-sized bed under twin bunkbed. There is also an additional trundle that can easily be pulled out from below the full-size bed! A second full bathroom with a tub connects to the second bedroom along with having access to the living area within the condo. Just off the kitchen is a closet which is fully stocked with only the best board and card games! There certainly are enough games to enjoy quality time with friends and family for hours and hours! Adjacent to the second bedroom is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. In addition to the above listed amenities, the rental of this condo will be accompanied with two private parking spaces within the covered parking garage. The sleeping arrangements are: Master bedroom – One ultra-plush king-size bed. Second bedroom – One full-size bed, one full-size trundle and one twin-size bunk. Livingroom – One full-size pull-out couch. We supply toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, household cleaning spray and shower soaps and conditioners. Linens will be provided for each bed, along with a limited quantity of shower towels. Dogs are permitted. There is a pet fee of $250/week. Shorter stays may see a reduced pet fee. This Dewey getaway is perfect for honeymooners, families and friends looking for an escape!

We had an amazing experience for our first trip to Dewey Beach. The communication was great. Not an issue at all. The condo was amazing and beautiful. Access to the beach and bay side is an easy short walk. Definitely one trip we'll remember. My boys wanted to stay another day.

This condo is excellently located. The pool is a nice bonus but, it is also directly in front of bayside rentals and restaurants. All bars are walkable. Beach is right across the highway. It offered a trash shoot, recycling and ice machine. The grill/ picnic area is just off the pool so you can enjoy a festive time while preparing a meal. Great set up for multi-age families!

It is early in the booking season for beach areas and perhaps that is why the snafus. First I was furnished the wrong instructions on how to pick up the card keys. Then the written directions provided gave me the wrong street name for the property. Really? This was supposedly a professional host. The whole point of my rental was to swim in the indoor pool which the host assured me in advance was operational. Turns out it was under renovation, and only available for a few hours each day during our stay which hours were difficult to fit into our other obligations. Particularly annoying because I specifically asked about the pool in advance and twice! Host's response to all was lukewarm and not always helpful. .

Overall I would give the property a 3. Mostly bc it wasn't clean. The location and description were as expected but for the amount of money we paid it was not worth it. The floors may have been swept but definitely not mopped when we arrived and there were several things left about from previous guests- clothes, hairbrushes, parts of razors etc. one afternoon in the condo when we first arrived and my children's feet were completely black. Was excited to leave to take a shower!

I stayed for my friends bachelorette wknd and we all loved it! Everything is so updated and so cute. We had such a fun time at the roof top pool which is super easy to get to. The owner is also very easy going and has good communication! 10/10 would definitely stay here again! :)

Beautiful condo. We enjoyed access to the rooftop pool. We enjoyed breath taking sunset views over the bay at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The walk to the beach was a breeze.
