Nestled in Long Beach, this attractive condo for $547 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31) The living room features plenty of seating, along with a large reclining sofa and large flat screen TV. The dining room table seats six, with two bar stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features beautiful cabinets and counters, with plenty of counter space. The kitchen also includes flatware, dishware, cookware, and normal kitchen appliance, like coffee maker and toasters. There is also a stack washer/dryer provided in the unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with a flat screen TV. The master bathroom features a beautiful walk in shower and dual vanities. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom offers a garden style tub and shower, along with dual vanities. Both bedrooms, and the living room, all have access to the private balcony. The private balcony has plenty of seating, and offers an expansive view of the gulf! Long Beach Resort is one of the most popular resorts in Panama City Beach. The resort is very centrically located, close to great restaurants and shopping. Long Beach doesn't have a parking garage, or require guests park across the road and walk across. The parking lot at Long Beach Resort is a large open air parking lot, which allows guests to park in front of their tower. Long Beach Resort has three pools, two polynesian style swimming pools(heated seasonally) and the large Lagoon pool with waterfalls and islands. The Resort also has three hot tubs, one located at each pool, and a tiki bar, located at the Lagoon Pool(opened seasonally). Long Beach's trait that sets it apart from other resorts is its floorplan. The large floorplan is designed to give everyone a view. The living room, master, and guest bedroom all have floor to ceiling windows that offer beautiful views of the Gulf. The condo was better than advertised. Very clean, well furnished and the views from every room were GREAT. Received our information packet from the security gate when we arrived and this gave us all the infor we needed for a seamless check in.

We normally travel to Destin, either by vehicle or boat, but decided to visit P.C. Beach for the Thanksgiving weekend....I think we have found a new "home"! This condo is in a very beautiful location, very nice unit, and would be so much more "desirable" if only someone would take about one hour of time to give it a good dusting/cleaning! The master bath shower door needs caulking at the bottom, as it leaks water out onto the floor. For what it's worth, the "entry" door jam is cracked where someone had forced it open. Wonderful unit, but it could be so much more attractive with some "TLC"! We enjoyed it enough that we will return! Barbara Barnard

The condo was true to listing. Location was great. Parking was easy. Elevator was readily available. Heated pools were great when it was cooler weather. It was a great trip!

Property is so well maintained. People are cleaning property everyday. Condo was very clean. View was absolutely amazing. Location, we were close enough to walk to stores, Walmart, restaurants. Communication with owner was flawless!!! We have NOTHING bad to say. ALL GOOD!!!

Great location for grocery store and restaurants, our favorite is Pineapple Willys! Also a cute little coffee shop, Sunrise. Loved that my 3 girls had a large room to share for the week and the parents had there own large suite as well!

This condo is as one of the best we have stayed in. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Plenty of items to utilize for whatever your needs. Both bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. the condo was clean and well maintained. Everything about our stay was pleasant with no issues at all. Just the way a vacation should be!!!

We enjoyed this condo. It looks just like the pictures. There are two separate masters, and both bedrooms and the family/dining room have ceiling to floor windows. Beautiful views. Couple restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Pier Park just minutes away by car Would stay here again

This is my third time staying here. It was supposed to me and some friends, but they canceled. The condo is so clean and wonderful as always. Beds are so comfy. It has everything you need. Beautiful beautiful view!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property owned by Kim’s Condos. It was in beautiful condition, clean, had all the utensils and everything we need in the kitchen, and the view from both bedrooms and from the living room was wonderful as you can see right straight to the ocean. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future!

This unit was amazing. Very clean with updated and comfortable furniture. The free beach chairs were a definite bonus!! There was an issue with a toilet when we arrived and the owner was quick to respond and made sure it was fixed quickly! I look forward to booking this unit in the future!!

The condo was very nice, perfect view and clean rooms. However, the toilet in guest bathroom was not filling up with water to flush. Kim's condo responded to my maintenance call first thing in the morning, however, the problem was not fixed, and they left no explanation why it was not resolved. For that reason, we were disappointed with our stay.

My family have stayed in many condos in PCB and this was the nicest one. Judging by the high quality of the furniture and décor, I would assume that the owners spend a lot of time here. We will definitely stay here again!

Great view! The condo was well equipped, comfortable and beautifully decorated. This is a great location as many restaurants were close by and fun shopping. We loved the hot tub and choice of pools. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed a fun and relaxing week.

Will rent this condo again. Loved how their was carpet in the bedrooms and living room. Master shower is amazing! The only thing that I would suggest to be fixed is the washing machine it is very loud!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was exactly as pictured. Kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We had a couple of small issues however as soon as we notified the property manager they were immediately resolved. We are already planning a trip next year and we will be renting from Kim’s condos.
