Looking for a breath of fresh air but want to be close to the city? Bask in relaxation as the backyard offers the ultimate zen experience that includes a Koi pond, an above ground pool, firepit, hammocks, ample seating and memorable sunset views of Lake Lewisville. *Note our pool is currently closed, but will reopen in April. However there is an indoor waterpark just 5 minutes away called The Cove. Our property is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom beautiful home located on lake Lewisville. Come enjoy our fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need to prepare delicious meals including a coffee pot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, food processor and so much more! The master room has two queen beds as well as a TV. The master bath is attached with a large walk-in closet, has a walk-in steam shower and oversized jetted tub (or hot tub). Three guest rooms have two queen beds and a closet with extra pillows and blankets. The living room has a large grey sectional sofa, board games and a TV. Note there is a shade screen that can be moved to cover the windows and block the light if you are watching TV during the day. The media room which duels as a sleeping area has an oversized sectional sofa and leather grey sofa to provide more than enough seating for large groups. There are 6 Roku TVs (five 55 Inch and one 75 Inch) perfect for sports enthusiasts on Game Day! We provide access to Netflix & Hulu, you are more than welcome to connect any of your personal accounts to the smart TVs. The room also features a wet bar with a mini-fridge. We have several cots that can be moved into this room. **Note: Children enjoy the multiple TVs because they can spend time together while playing different video games, while parents watch their favorite show.** Parents can also enjoy the separate sitting area. The dinning room can seat up to 12 people. There is also seating for 10 people in the kitchen area split between the high top table and the counter. Guest bathroom has a steam shower and tub for a bath which also has a waterfall massage feature. Our outdoor fire pit is a beautiful space to sit and enjoy some relaxing time by the lake. There are two permanent hammocks (which seat two each) for seating as well as six adirondack chairs. Note that we don't provide fire wood. The back yard features a sleek outdoor dinning table that seats 8 overlooking the Koi Pond. There is additional outdoor seating by the above ground pool. We have some pool toys you are welcome to use. Direct Lake Access behind the house with a shallow area to pull your boats or jet skis up to beach. The marina and boat ramp is less than 3 miles away. Note the beach is not ideal for kids to play in, however the Little Elm Beach is less than 5 minutes away. Three car garage with half bathroom inside the garage. Check in time is 4pm or after. Check out is 11am. Important items to note: No pets are permitted at our property. We are on a sensitive septic system, please only flush toilet paper (not wipes or feminine products). We do not provide fire wood but can easily be purchased at X. If you move any furniture around - please be sure to move it back! Including our outdoor furniture. Please do not feed our Koi fish.

The house was a very nice house it’s very spacious in a pretty location. It is on the lake but you can’t get into the lake from the house. The pool was not good. It was green and very cloudy so we didn’t even get to use it. The house was hot especially the master it never got cooled down and we were there for 3 days. They came and started cutting grass while we were in the back yard trying to cook out so it was pretty annoying. The owner did try to get a pool guy out to look at the pool but no one ever came.

We had a great weekend celebrating my dad’s 80th birthday. The house is beautiful and spacious. The location is great and easy to access. Overall a great and memorable experience. Thank you!

The property was accommodating and beautiful, accurate to the listing. Was able to enjoy the use of each room and the fire pit with lovely views of the lake. Checking in and out was simple. I had to contact the property manager several times because the house was not prepped for guests. My main feedback would be to prep for guests by starting the A/C the day prior to make sure it works! Half the house did not go below 80 degrees because there was a broken part on the pump reaching that side of the house, so we could not sleep in the master. Also, the lawn was ankle high so yard games were not easy, someone came to mow at 7 pm our last day while we were trying to have dinner on the patio. Otherwise, a good getaway.

The property was great except for the yard. It was extremely overgrown. Especially the back patio area around the pool and pond and game area. We were concerned about snakes. It was that overgrown. Not sure if you have a regular service or not. Inside the house was awesome. My son and his groomsmen had a blast.
