Good price for location we needed it for (kino sports) but no hot water if hotel is at capacity and alot of homeless activity in the area.

The heater loud, it had no vent grill, some control switches broken. The door casing was not fitting, allowing cold air to enter the room at a rapid rate. The bed mattress was total worn out. I will avoid this place in the future.

Only good thing about this property was the location to where we needed to be. Room was not very clean. Door did not seal at all and walls and floors were dirty. Had in-laws stay as well and the bed sheets were not changed from the last guest.

Check-in and check-out went smoothly with staff being friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable with adequate amenities for the price point of the hotel. I definitely appreciated the close proximity to the airport. I would stay again. The only short coming I notice was the room floor needed a through mopping/cleaning.

The mattress was a taco once you laid on it! No matter what everything or one ended up in the middle. Not great when you have back issues.

Only one staff was nice and the others I felt like they didn't understand what I saying or making me feel like they was being treated disrespectful

there were roaches in the toilet. water came out black, smelled awful. Did tell it was in a bad area of town.

Motel room was very dirty, staff was so-so to deal with. Hot tub at pool was broken. They were also under a renovation which was not disclosed during booking. We obviously got a room that was not upgraded yet. Days Inn needs do do a better job with this place.

We checked out as soon as we checked in, room had bugs in bed and floor , was falsely advertised as a nice hotel. You could not pay me to stay there. I have never experienced a dirty hotel. Felt like it had bed bugs too

Room was dirty. Toilet roll holder was falling off the wall on the bathroom. I would have asked for another room had I been staying for more than one night.

The room was comfortable, but needed some repair work. Check in was easy and the front end young lady was very pleasant, Madison was her name.

Hotel room is very dirty. Sheets werent washed they still haden hair all over it. Bed was barely made. Bathroom has stains on and around toilet, there is tape on the walls, curtains barely close, ac doesnt work, door is tilted too the fram making it hard to lock, shower head has barely any water coming out of it. Room is outdated but the price i guess was alright

We only had one wash cloth to use but there were 2 of us, one time out of the three nights we stayed. The bathroom floor had high gloss slick tile, a danger to everyone. It was clean, well managed. The beds were comfortable but the pillows need replaced

Do not recommend, would never stay here again. I tried to change hotels it was so bad, but it was too late at night by the time we arrived. The hotel is old and rundown. Upon entering our room our room didn’t appear clean. The pillows were askew and the tv was on. The non smoking room reeked like smoke. I didn’t put my suitcase on the floor or bed because the floor was filthy. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The bathroom came with zero amenities except for two threadbare towels. The remote for the tv wouldn’t work unless you stood in an exact position across from it. I was scared I was going to get bed bugs. The only good thing is the check in attendant was nice and the other hotel employee who came (twice) to fix the remote was nice. But even so, we did call to see if there was another room due to the toilet issue and was told they were sold out. However when we went through hotels.com they said there was another room if we were willing to pay $10 extra! I didn’t want to pay extra for something they should have been willing to make right for free. Plus $100 a night is way too much a night for this place. In the morning I did check the sheets and it looked like there are signs of bedbugs due to tiny blood spots.

We had an amazing weekend visiting Tucson. Hotel was close to everything, and very clean. the staff was friendly and meet all of our needs. They provided breakfast, towels, and overall great experience. In the evening the sun aligned with walkway and gave beautiful views.

Everything was good but I mostly liked the proximity to the airport and local restaurants.

Front desk could not find my reservation so I had to pay for another reservation and now I’m waiting to get a refund from the first reservation that was not found.
