The bed was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. When we arrived at room it had two almost empty toilet paper rolls. Front desk did not answer so we had to take toilet paper from downstairs lobby. Had great potential to be nice

We were in town for a concert at Vibrant Arena which is literally next door. We got to town well before check-in but they were very accommodating and we were able to check-in early. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast the next morning had a good variety. Only disappointment was when we went to buy bottled water from the vending machine on our floor but it didn’t work at all. Went to the next floor and that one didn’t work either. But another guest came through and offered us bottled water that she had brought.

At check in he gentleman that checked us in barely acknowledged us while the lady checking other guests in was very personable and gave great information to her guests. We were in a handicap room and the shower/tub was difficult. While it had 3 grab bars they were all at waist level. The hand held shower head got water all over the floor as there is a leak in the house which sprayed out of the mesh of the curtain. Also the one light in the bathroom makes it difficult to see while in the tub.

When we got there there was only one person working the entire hotel. We waited a lengthy time to get checked in and then when we got to our room the key flashed green but would not open the door. Made to trips back to the front desk to get help. She couldn't leave the desk because of people checking in and said she would be up to help after the check ins were completed. She came up to help and it still did not work. She went back to the front desk to see about another room and came back up with different keys. These keys worked. Seems that some locks ha been changed and they were not aware of what rooms needed the new cards. Very frustrating! Took about 30 minutes to get into our room. No complaints after that.

It is always nice, clean, quiet hotel ! The employees, front desk ladies, housekeeping, lady who serves up breakfast are all very pleasant, & helpful. We LOVE staying at Wyndham ! Jane,PeterJensen Elizabeth & Eric thank you so much Wyndham ! Our daughter goes to college at Augustana. So it is just 10 minutes from her.

Rooms were up to date, stylish, and clean…..about 15 years ago. The rooms feel old and tired. The check in staff is fabulous!! However, the late night staff was lazy and worthless. Refused to put concession or snack treats on the room credit card. She in sister we pay for them out right. We have stayed here many times, same review for each time. Excellent bar and restaurant attached (fine dining). However, it all closes at 9:00 pm. Prices at the restaurant DO NOT reflect the quality of the hotel.

Everyone was extremely friendly. We enjoyed our room and the convenience of it being right next to the arena. It a great location. The only complaint I would say is housekeeping does not change the bedding. We observed them just remaking a bed with same bedding after a check out. Our bedding has blood and what looked like buggers and snot on it. So a little more attention in that department would be great.

We had stayed at this hotel a couple of months ago and it was exceptional. This time it was not near as good. Just didnt feel the room had the standard that it did before. There was no hair dryer , No wifi , the tub / shower was slick. There was something on one of the towels in the rooms that looked like a feather. The pool was nice , the people were nice, breakfast was good , but it ends at 930. Wish it would end at 10 instead , but it was good overall.
We will stay here again , and hopefully it will be a better experience.

Specifically chose this hotel to take my granddaughter overnight so she could enjoy the pool. I even called ahead on Thursday and made sure everything was up and working. However we arrived to a freezing pool and a nonfunctional hot tub
I spoke with front desk and was told maintenance would be called. An hour went by and no one had showed. I spoke with the front desk again and was told the maintenance worker was busy on another call.
Finally 2.5 hours later a worked came and said nothing could be done. Completely ruined our our stay.

The thermostat in my room was a placebo. I never could get the room over 67 degrees.
Zero water pressure.
Breakfast offerings were severely downgraded since this was a Ramada.
Had to lean heavily into the door of my room to get the deadbolt to latch (and unlatch).
Great location but the this building needs a major reinvestment.

Hotel is nice, convient to the Vibrant Arena. Beds are okay, need firm pillows but thats on me for not bringing mine. Breakfast was good although it was super busy the lady taking care of breakfast was doing her best and she still had a smile. Checkin staff very friendly. Would stay again when we are in the area.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable room. The reservation said a free drink for each guest but we did not receive any. There were four of us. When I asked about they gave me a bag with two bottles of water in it. I guess that was the free drinks and we we’re supposed to split them.

The front desk staff was amazing! However, we book a double queen room for 2 adults and 2 kids and we were given 2 towels. Additionally, we had to let the water run for over 10 minutes for it to get even remotely warm so the kids could take a bath. There was also a soiled mattress in the hall near our room that made the entire hall smell of urine. We loved the location but will not be returning to the hotel.

Bathroom ceiling was peeling paint and looked very water damaged. No answer when calling the front desk for questions. Lobby was nice looking, beds were decent. Overall wasn't the worst I've stayed at.

Check in was easy - very friendly staff. Swimming pool was nice a tad dirty. Rooms comfy - no warm water. Tried to get ahold of front desk, line of people with same problem. Gave up and went to bed.

This was an overnight stay to attend a funeral. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower worked well. Breakfast was just okay. Only complaints, room was too warm during the night & thermostat didn’t seem to work right, and could have done a better job with the snow in the parking area.

The hotel itself was fine other than I called the day before to make sure the hot tub was running before I reserved a room due to the fact that it was a requirement that I was looking for. They said it was working but when I arrived and we walked around to check out the hotel there was a out of order sign on the hot tub. I then asked the front desk why it wasn't working and they told me there was a chemical treatment and it would be ready in a few hours. So we waited to go to the pool for a few hours, because we went solely for my son to swim for his birthday and I wanted to sit in the hot tub, to my surprise it was still out of order so I went to the front desk & they told me the water was hot and ready but the whirlpool Jets just didn't work. I then went to step in it and it was ice cold water. Things happen and that's fine but being told by two different employees two different answers didn't sit well with me when I spent $140 to literally go to swim and use the hot tub. My only other issue was the fact there were no hotel booklet, menus, paper or even a pen in the hotel room itself.

Right next to the Vibrant Center (formerly Taxslayer Ctr), across the street from the John Deere Pavilion and within a short walk to multiple reasonably priced restaurants. Free/easy parking. Breakfast was better than most. Very friendly help.

No warm or hot water in the sink and showers, despite running the water for over 30 minutes. Staff said only half the building has pipes ready for immediate hot water and to run the water for up to 15 minutes. Another guest said she had the same experience.
