The room had a stale odor, stsined sheets, dirty carpet not vacuumed, towels tread bare. Very sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot made us feel unsafe. When a big landed on my husbands arm we could not longer stay and just left the hotel. One ofcTHE worst experiences ever.

Check in was fast. There is a nice grass area for pets. Not so great of people picking up after their pets in areas, but I liked that it had that. Maybe they can get waste stands there for people to use. The lights in parking lot are not working so dark at night. The rooms were good not spotless, but we have dogs as well so. The breakfast was good, gentleman cooking super nice a helpful, not just in dinning but at front desk and needing extra towels. The pool the kids loved and the jacuzzi was nice. We will be back next time to stay here.

The TV in our room did not work. The water was so bad you couldn’t make coffee with it. And when I booked the room, I was supposed to be able to use my One Key cash but it was never applied.

This property was not clean, there eas a pervasive smell of pet urine. The bedspread was dirty and stained. Tje freezer/fridge had spillls. On the good side the towels, tub and toilet were clean. The pool was not working, therecwas a hot dog package in the drawer. The property coyld be nice with some attentiin to detail and fewer barking dogs.

The room was worn out. The drains moved very slowly. There was garbage behind the garbage can and crumbs on the floor when we arrived. For the price it was ok. Our family liked the bunk beds and the pool for our kids.

The staff is remarkably kind and responsive to any and all questions.

There were coins on the floor by the bed, there was a dirty cup left in a drawer next to the bed, there was a half drunk gallon of orange juice left in the refrigerator. Check in clerk was yelling at other workers when we were checking in, breakfast was barely edible, and the coffee in the lobby was always empty.

I didn’t know pets were allowed. We had dogs barking all morning. And the owners chasing them down the hallways screaming for the dogs to get back.

My wife and I were on a road trip and booked this hotel. The staff there were all super nice. We stopped in their little bar for a drink and they were nice enough to cook pizza and wings for a late night bite. One of the ladies even brought out fresh cinnamon rolls for us and a couple other people in the bar. They really made us feel at home while on a long road trip. Would definitely stay again.

I made a non-refundable reservation when I planned my stay earlier in the year but was in a motorcycle accident the week before my trip and unable to travel. I reached out to the hotel and offered to provide supporting documentation (accident report, insurance claim, etc.). Management would not issue a refund. They offered to let me rebook, but I didn’t know the next time I would be traveling to Wyoming. For only a one night reservation, a little understanding would have been appreciated. I will not consider this hotel when I travel to Wyoming in the future.

I brought my family to Thermopolis for a fun weekend of swimming and dinosaur hunting. The Quality Inn was affordable, conveniently located, and clean. The best part was the staff - we left our swimsuits in our room, and they found them and mailed them back to us. Great service!

Not bad could be cleaner

Our last night of 3- day stay:
Second floor room ceiling dripped water on our bed after a short rain at 12:45 am. Fortunately, we had two queen beds and could transfer over.
Manager handled by crediting us the fee for that night. Needs repairs to roof!

Check in was good. We got to the room, pulled the sheets back and discovered Dog Hair and Crumbs. Went back down and was issued a different room, which was clean. The Door didn't fit right and the back door lock didn't function. The pool is not the Mineral water, Just chlorinated water. One unique feature of a Hotel like this, is you never have an on site bar, but this one does. Skip the Breakfast. I went own and the "Eggs" were in standing water, the Sausage was as well. There are a few Cafes in town with excellent Breakfast.

Really good amenities (even an on site bar), clean facility, adequate breakfast, well suited and competitively priced for our needs.

The gentleman that checked us in was great! Made suggestions of where to eat, made sure we were settled in to our room and let us rest after a long day on the road. The room was clean but not spotless. The door was crooked and you could see daylight all the way around it, but was able to be locked and we felt secure.

The service at this hotel was fabulous. every staff member we spoke to was friendly and kind. The location was good for our trip to thermopolis. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, but it was free/included with the room. The beds also left a lot to be desired. One bed in our room was super stiff and the other bed was super worn.
Again, our overall stay at this hotel was wonderful.

Property not well kept up and dirty

It was just ok. Could have been cleaner. I was to tired to complain. And being just for me, after riding a motorcycle all day. Again it was ok. Solo or work. I would stay again. Family w/kids. Get away with the Mrs. Not a chance. For me it wasn’t enough to complain. But I’ll sleep on the ground. Otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. Refund or not.

Quick and easy check in. They were short of room keys so only giving out one key per room. Nice big hotel room fridge. Easy to navigate the property and room to park our car with trailer.

The property is run down and many areas were dirty. There aren't enough key cards, so my party could only have 1. Coffee was provided but was cold.
The staff are friendly and helpful, but the property needs a massive upgrade.

The staff was great and very helpful.
When this place was built, it was probably the best place in town. Only one with an indoor pool and hot tub.
Room was generally clean, but the tile entry floor was sticky. We went and got some Clorox wipes and wiped everything down.
Bathroom was clean. Bedding seemed clean and fresh. Beds were nice and comfortable.
Room had a bit of a smell. I assume it's from pets. After running the AC and a plug-in air freshener, it was fine.
The pool was unheated for some reason and COLD... like around 60°. Not sure if its heater was broken or it just isn't heated. Made for a good cold plunge. Also, the door to the patio is broken creating a gap so that the pool is constantly dirty with dirt and bugs.
Hot tub worked great though and was appreciated.
It seems like Quality inns needs to bring in a small army of maintenance personnel, shut the place down for 2 weeks and sweep through it fixing all the little things like broken vending machines, doors that won't shut, replace the carpets, replace the broken curtains (you can see from the parking lot, makes for horrible curb appeal) paint the walls etc. Then replace all the towels and linens.
Do that and it would be a great place to stay.

This was a good stay. The staff were really friendly, the facility worked out for us just fine. We had a 2 queen room with bunk beds for the kiddos and it was perfect for what we needed. The free breakfast was a really nice touch!

The hotel was pretty run down. The exterior side entrance lock was broken, so there was no security for the building. Some locks were broken in the rooms (no dead bolt). Our sink was clogged and shower had been cracked, then fixed with pretty visibly caulking. Some rooms had a smell. Pool was also pretty chilly. I would not recommend.

Checked in after 9pm. They made me wait so they check to see if the room was clean. They said it was good. It was not. 1 towel, poop streaks in the toilet. Bedding did not look changed b

I would not recommend staying here, our room was very dirty. There was trash from the previous guest that had not been emptied, the tile floor had not been mopped and had dirty footprints all over it, the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed, even the headboard was filthy with something sticky and dripping down it. I really was grossed out by the room.
In addition, every time the AC turned on (several times an hour) it made a very loud noise and the whole room would shake. It did not make for a good night sleep at all.

Breakfast room needed an attendant to restock food and supplies, and keep area clean.

Outside door was broken. Our door was quite difficult to open. Room was nice and clean

The pool area was run down. We had a room connected with another room that we did not know, we could everything.. The pool was gross. The back door was broken. The staff was okay, but there were no towels in the run down pull area. There breakfast was good. The front end people were friendly.

Poor upkeep on hotel. Bad smells and terrible room hvac system. Room was not cleaned and no towels or toilet paper in room. Had to go to front desk to get these items. Seems very poorly maintained and uncomfortable environment for family trip.

The door to the room was very hard to get open. Maybe needs adjusted or replaced.

The room we were in was very dirty. The ceiling had noticable ongoing water damage as bathroom ceiling had an opening about 2 ft in diameter around the light fixture from water damage from the roof. The paint was flaking onto the floor. The beds were dirty. The spa had not been treated properly. The free breakfast was cold food from a filthy warmer that did not work and few serving utensils to serve any food. The breaker in the dining area kept blowing so the food was unable to be warmed or cooled. The tables were not cleaned, nor were the serving areas. The staff just sat there observing the mess. Locks to our door stuck and the door had to be forced open every time we entered or exited our room, we also noticed that the security doors to ALL outside entrances that would have used a pass card were disabled and/or broken. So the security of the hotel was completely inadequate. Had we not been on the road for 10 hours that day, and there were other vacancies in the town, we would have stayed elsewhere.
