Loved our stay. Pool is amazing, room was spacious and feed was good.

Lovely room. Staff at front desk very friendly and welcoming. We were there for a function in the Chrome Room which was a lot of walking for seniors☺️

The first 2 days were great. Quiet and very calming until the fire alarm went off at 1:30 am. Someone had pulled the alarm. No apologies from anyone
Then we were moved up to 7th floor. At 1:30 am people slammed doors talked and laughed loudly then again at 2 sounded like the same people. Then at 2:30 am some person was yelling foul language outside.
Last nite was horrible. Checked out and was not asked how my stay was

Some of the staff went beyond when my nephew bounced his back on the foyer roof the maintenance man went up and retrived it. I was very appreciative.

I treated myself to a night away. The room was beautiful and very comfortable! I wish i could have stayed one more night! All the staff are very friendly and eager to help! Cheryl at the front desk is always a pleasure to talk to.

The pool is awesome for kids, but it’s very very loud. Even when it was just myself alone.
The beds are not very comfortable. Very hard.
We called for two extra pillows, and brought 1. The gentlemen dropping it off acted like he was being inconvenienced.
I wish they would offer complimentary coffee in lobby.

Room was not clean as it should have been. Cobwebs were right above my head was sleeping. No soap in the bathroom, had to ask for it. We have stayed at this hotel many times but we have never had this experience before.

Awesome pool for the kids, food is a little pricey and bed was not as comfy but it was perfect for a mini family getaway. Staff was friendly and gave us free late checkout. Thank you.

Several maintenance issues in the room. Had breakfast in the restaurant and all dishes were way over cooked.

The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because there were no towels at the pool. I understand that the pool was very busy and it must have been hard to keep up. My 3 year old absolutely loved the waterslide. We will be coming back again and again!

It's the little things!! Complimentary water and a mint chocolate wafer. The thing I liked the most was the noon check out time. We had the prime rib buffet and it was most excellent.

had a Company Christmas function. The buffet dinner served was very good. The staff were kind and helpful. The next morning,y vehicle wouldn't start due to the extreme cold and the front desk got a staff member to come jump start my car. Fantastic service! Would recommend

Great amenities, such as the pool, hot tub, gym, casino, and dining at the hotel, however, there isn't a lot around the hotel within walking distance for things like shopping, other dining options. And there was no airport shuttle, which is a shame. Taxi was the option ($$$). Overall, it was great and the food in the restaurants was great too.

We really appreciated the property being smoke free. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the Cactus Lounge - Dianne and Jill were amazing. We saw a concert and it was excellent - they even had serve bringing drinks to your seat. The ticket checking and wristbanding process is quite slow & required a long time standing in line to enter concert venue. The hotel and casino are clean and everything is very convenient. We would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was certainly a busy place. The room was comfortable with a good bed and trsponsiive heating system. The advertising Ion the elevator doors was not appealing.

There was poop in the pool, the “ maintenance” man came back three times to clean it up and never did. The front staff was aware of the situation never closed to the pool till 1 hour after the face and 3 families went up to complain. I told them I wanted a discount because of how it was handled and we travel to this hotel for the pool for my daughter. They never did that and was told a manager would call me in a 2 days they never happened either. Wouldn’t go back.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Deerfoot Inn! We were most impressed by the friendliness and flexibility of the staff, the clean accommodations, the convenience of peripheral items i.e. ice etc. What impressed us most was the ability of staff to respond to our special requests for additional pillows, blankets, coffee etc. When a need of hours surfaced, in spite of it being a long holiday weekend and the hotel being shortstaffed because of it, staff always responded to our requests and with a pleasant accommodating attitude. This hotel really knows how to provide traditional customer service that has become such a rarity these days. As to what could have improved our stay, we would've appreciated there being a comfortable overstuffed chair in the room i.e. such as a typical living room chair. I realize we rented a family room, but, nevertheless, an additional comfortable chair would've been much appreciated.

Overall had a fantastic stay at the Deerfoot Inn and Casino. While sadly the casino did not pay out for me (lol) the pool was fantastic and the kids really enjoyed themselves too. The Mohave was an excellent buffet and the food was delicious. Would stay here again. A bit pricey for what we did get but overall a good place to stay
