My car was hit in the parking lot overnight resulting in significant damage. When I called the hotel to inquire about security camera recordings the woman answering the phone refused to tell me when the manager would be in, wouldn't tell me if there were security cameras, and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional!

the first room that we were changed out of because the t.v. didn't work was dirty.

Bathroom was dirty, walls dirty, covers stunk, holes in walls, no coffee pot, no blow dryer, no iron. The owner was cleaning a room with gloves on came to front desk to check me in with those gloves on, touched my license with those gloves on. We left after the first night. Went to a different hotel. They advertised as new owner and newly remodeled. Well our room was not remodeled. I would like to get my money back for the second night. I took pictures of the room.

We found the room to be clean and comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I carry my own coffee so that I will have as much as I want, but a packet of coffee was provided by the motel, as well as the coffee maker. I would stay there again.

There were bugs everywhere the bathroom had mold and was very dirty around the toilet. The room service people were very rude just unlocked the door and tried to walk in while we’re were still sleep.

The woman at the desk was RUDE. Check out time on my reservation and check out time posted around the property states 11am, but 3 men beat on my door at 10am telling me it was checkout and we had to go. Then when I tried ti ask the lady at the desk about it she was incredibly awful about it. She waved her hands at me, cut off when I was speaking and even closed the window on me. Then she tried to tell me I had 4 people in my room when there should’ve only
been 2, but I reserved my room for 2 adults and 2 children. I attempted to show her my reservation receipt and my confirmation email and she wouldn’t look. She just kept saying “my boss said only 2 people stay.” Not to mention this place was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom door didn’t latch because it had been kicked in, the main door didn’t lock properly, the bedding was stained and dirty, and we couldn’t even touch the mini fridge because it was so nasty, not to mention the freezer door on it didn’t even shut properly. Do not stay here. More importantly, don’t bring your children here.

I am a cyclist and rode the Chief Ladiga Trail from Atlanta. This was convenient from the trail, good shopping, restaurants. The management allowed me to check in around noon.

No breakfast and english language is limited via telecon. I will never patronize this property in the future. I tried telecon to add one guest but party did not understand and I could not arrange for additional room until I physically arrived. If I were allowed to cnx I would at the moment. Very bad experience for the tenant/way too much confusion/and why not a complimentary breakfast, which is so common throughout the lodging industry?

It was nothing like the pictures. Very unsanitary. Shower had tape in it from holes very dirty we were offered another room however it was just as bad. Do not recommend at all. We didn’t stay and lost 2 nights because they would not refund us.

The room smoke in, it so bad that i got sick when i woke up the next day. The toilet was shaking and the bath had rust. Overall the interior need redone.

The stay was nice and we were able to get a good sleep. The area around here feels unsafe and uneasy unfortunately. For the price, it was good. The owner is very nice and kind.

The toilet was easy to tip over like it wasn’t Boulder, the floor, head wedges underneath it. You had to take a shower and a bath together the water didn’t drain properly. If you were taking a bath, the shower would not turn off and if you were taking a shower where the water comes out for the bath would not turn off, so he was having Water come out of two different places at the same time and the room was not clean when I rented

I kept coughing throughout the night and turned the ac off. I looked in the unit and it looked like the unit had not been cleaned in a very, very long time.

Whole property needs a good spring cleaning. From the little window where you check-in with cobwebs, the snack/ice area with various pieces of furniture stacked in it, to the parking lot with old parts of furniture sitting around. The tub has a crack in the side which appeared they attempted to patch but it is still cracked open. The latch on the inside of the door is missing so you can't secure it with the extra latch one would normally use. The smoke detector door is open with battery hanging out so not sure it would even work. Entire room and fridge have a 'old musty' smell. Needs a good airing out. Pillows had a smoke smell in them. Has a desk you can use, but no outlet to plug up your laptop if needed. Bed spread has holes in it and should have been thrown away years ago. Towels and wash clothes are super thin and not soft. Swapped out my towels during the day and turned the A/C off that I left on so it would be cool when I returned so took another hour to cool the room back down. Not a pleasant stay. Owners/Manager needs to take a step back and view this place from a guest's eyes. Seems they have become complacent and just on auto pilot. Definitely needs some attention.

It was a quick trip and only needed to stay for a night. Room smelled clean and was clean. My only negatives were wanting to pay cash at checkin and wasn’t allowed to. Proximity to road. You could hear every car/truck/motorcycle that passed. The refrigerator made quite a loud noise when it turned on. It was fine for a night stay but if you go request the room furthest from the road.

Very nice motel right off the road. Comfy bed and overall it was a clean room. The only issue was the loose toilet. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Good location as well. What more could you ask for? We'll be back.

I stayed 2 nights. The room was not fancy but very clean and the bed was comfortable. It looked just like the photos in the listing. It was within walking distance of restaurants and the Chief Ladiga trailhead. There was an outdoor checkin and no breakfast, which I thought was understandable due to the lingering pandemic.
