Overall, my stay at Comfort Suites Morrow was nice except for ordering from their inn house food delivery service. I was very disappointed. The food was delivered over 2 1/2 late. I had to call customer service 3 times to inquire about the ETA of the food. The food was delivered super late, cold and the order was incorrect. I did file a complaint report. I would stay there again, but will not use their food delivery service.

The front desk was less than friendly or happy to see us. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke covered by deodorizer. Sofa sleeper was so broken you could not sit on it. Bathroom sink had a crack that had been sealed. The bed had great pillows but was so hard and uncomfortable we barely slept.

Bed and bedding were comfortable and clean. Bathroom and dining areas could use more cleaning. Tub and tiles are patched but a full renovation will be needed soon

When we checked in the gentleman said we did not have a reservation. But I KNOW that we did. It seems to me that he cancelled our reservation so that he could put in a new one with his nameassociated with it. The same thing happened to the woman who checked in right after me.

Breakfast was disgusting and pitiful. The dining area was so gross, every table was nasty. At 8am the food was hard, overheated, and nasty. Our room was gross. Pubic hair found all over the floor in the bathroom. Blankets had not been washed. My daughter walk around the room in white socks and within an hour the bottoms of her feet were black. The room had an awful smell to it. We had a king size bed, and they didn’t even have full size pillows. 4 little square shaped pillows.

Our overall stay was clean and room was comfortable. But far as the management no. Very rude, they overcharged our card for charges and another day that we were not even there. The assistant manager harassed us the whole 4 days we were their. Made my children very uncomfortable. I will never stay here ever again. And as far as the asst. Manager goes she needs to be fired

Don't let the pictures fool you. This place is mediocre at best. I didn't feel comfortable walking on the carpet in my room without wearing shoes & the breakfast was typical but cheapened in quality & taste.

The hotel room was decent, however sheets were not the cleanest. Appeared to be old stains. Overlooked the issues until we saw a cockroach crawling in the room. That was my last straw. I will not be staying at this hotel nor will I ever recommend.

Was good. Desk attendants were nice. Room was nice and big bed was comfortable. My recommendations - bathroom could have been more clean. Pillows are horrible!! They are small and uncomfortable.

The young lady who checked us in was the friendliest person I have met at a hotel in a while. It was almost midnight, she had a big line of people checking in and she was energetic and smiling at everyone! Good job staffing your desk!

Not sure how this place has an 8 rating on Expedia. The snell of chlorine isnalmost unbearable when you get into the lobby. The man at the desk was nice, a little belligerent towards the family ahead of us as they walked away, child was tired and crying. The room was gross. There was a giant ted stain on the floor in front of the pullout couch. We pulled the bedd out and it was littered with stains. There was a hair that seemed to be glued to the lamp on the desk. I have pictures of all of this, its not giving me the option to add them. One of us ended up with pink eye the next day and although we cant prove it cane from this hotel, were pretty sure it did. Wouldnt stay here again. There's a Drury Inn across the street that looked newer amd nicer. I'd go there if we came back through here againn

The hotel is so clean! It smells so fresh right when you walk in. It’s so quiet and peaceful! Their jacuzzi in the Queen room is heaven!

We stayed for three nights and four days. Enjoyed my room. A few minor things but nothing to complain about. The staff was very nice and the staff for breakfast kept everything stocked. We will be staying again when we are back in the area for Christmas.

All of your staff was polite. My room had several issues.The bed in the couch and the ironing board was broken and there was something in the freezer that looked like mold. I would have requested another room but we didn’t know the bed was broken until after we’d unpacked.

Front Desk staff was awesome! Room was clean! Breakfast was great! Only issue I had was the room door, it should be realigned or a door sweep should be added. The room door sits too high from the bottom sill which causes light from the hallway to shine into the room. So it was basically like I had a lamp on all night. Other than this issue, my stay was perfect!

Very nice room accommodations. Would have liked couch to be more in line with the tv or at least movable so I didn’t have to break my neck to see it. Having dishing soap supplied would have been nice. Everything else was excellent.

I didn’t like that If you stay for 3 days or longer you have to call for clean towels and no room clean. Mattress were very dirty and toilet clogged. Has to keep pouring buckets of water in to flush.

This stay was overall acceptable and not unpleasant. The checkin clerk was efficient and courteous. I found the room to be stuffy with a slightly musty smell. Even with the temperature dialed down on the AC, the room maintained its stuffy nature. Upon showering, I found the tub surface to be slippery and my footing remained unsteady throughout the process. When I opened the refrigerator to place items within, I was greeted with the unmistakable odor of spoiled food. Despite the aforementioned, I was confident the fridge interior was wiped clean. The room layout was good, with adequate television amenity, and the bed though stiff, provided a good sleep. An acceptable breakfast capped off my stay, and checkout was brief.
