Check-in was a nightmare. Should’ve taken 5 min. Took 20+ After talking to front desk, talking to computer, supplying ID multiple times, supply confirmation number multiple times, finally I asked for a key because it wasn’t my fault they were running into problems and I’m not sure if that did it but I got a key within five minutes.

The stay was nice and the room was clean, the only thing that I would recommend is the staff is not friendly and the shower head in the bathroom is not good at all. need to upgrade their shower heads. The air condition does not stay on at all it on automatic, but it stays on less than 60 minutes. The complimentary food was good except I think you should add meat or eggs. I really like the pancake machine that was awesome. I will stay here again, I would like to have a microwave in the room.

The hotel had s very nice appearance and the staff was friendly. The pricing was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was appreciated. The roaches running around the bathroom sink and the main area refrigerator is something that needs to be addressed. We stayed on the second floor and the ceiling above the shower looks like there a plumbing leak from the third floor. It was stained black.

Clean room with comfy beds. Had to check in on a kiosk so barely spoke to a person at the hotel. Room had a weird smell to it, smoke detector was missing and wires exposed. Shower was clean but water control was off/backwards of stated control. Toilet was noises for hours after flushing

The lady at the desk is absolutely RUDE, unfriendly, and doesn’t want to help guests and when u ask her to help u she rolls her eyes and gets an attitude! I made a lot of money to stay this weekend and was talked to like a child and told i “ obviously don’t listen or hear what I want” by her. I’ve stayed here the last 2 months on different occasions and this WILL be my LAST stay!! And it’s unfortunate as I’m in town a lot and stay for atleast 4days minimum! I’d rather stay at the drug motel down the road then to ever deal with BOBBIE!! Who btw she tells everyone her name is Sarah which is NOT her name!!

Stayed 7 miserable nights. Nobody at the desk. Check in and out is a joke. Sometimes the cleaning crew would leave 1 washcloth when replacing 2. Couldn’t find a worker of the evening. Hot breakfast is miss represented. Hot choices are toasted breads or pancake. No microwave or coffee pot in the room. I’m really surprised that Wyndham is part of this chain. Couldn’t get my Wyndham points on a 7 night stay. Thinking it’s time to become a member of Choice Hotel.

Air conditioner runs constantly - was told all are like that. Site advertises gym facility - it is closed/not available. Was told due to hurricane - ONE YEAR AGO!! Check In is a kiosk. Technology sketchy at best, hard to hear. No one at front desk most times I try to get help. Will NEVER stay hear again!

Can hear though the walls. Spiders in the room. Toilet would not quit flushing. Shower had one temperature, it was scalding!!! Temperature control did not work properly. No lamps in room.

Would not return. Check-in and check-out were completed at a kiosk with a webcam (even though there was a staff at the front desk). It was difficult to hear the person on the other end and very impersonal. Our first room had an overpowering smell of mold. We asked for a new room and it smelled a bit better, but was still off and was very small. The pool had not been cleaned and was green and gross. There were no lounge chairs to lay on, so we laid on the hard concrete. We didn't dare go in the pool. Overall the experience was disappointing and I couldn't wait to leave. Wish I hadn't wasted my money

Had to change rooms 2 times. First time air conditioner so loud could not sleep. Second room TV did not work and WiFi was miserable on that end wing. Third room WiFi was intermittent. Not good place to stay if you are trying to conduct business.

I arrived to the hotel and there was only a virtual check in. Took forever that finally a lady peeks her head out to check me and three others behind me. I was given a room that when I opened a door the smell was so overwhelming I asked for a new room. New room was still stale smelling. It is obvious there is water damage somewhere and the AC units have not been serviced and carpets not properly cleaned. If it sent already too late I would have chosen another hotel. Owner refused to do anything about the experience.
