It’s now 2:21 AM. Men are outside with music blasting. I called the front desk twice she said there was nothing she can do. Once at 12:45 when it was just loud talking and laughing. Now they have music and loud singing. The front desk reply;They are free to stay outside as long as they wish. No regard for travelers who need to rest.

I broke out really bad being in that room the refrigerator made noise 24 seven the dust over the bed is what I believe was biting on me, and the roaches was not the business

You asked too, so I have to be honest the ventilation doesn’t work, and either the bathrooms that I had in my room roaches my cell phone went dead. I had no phone service here in the room. It doesn’t work at all and that is not OK because of emergencies was not OK with the sound from the refrigerator I could not get any sleep properly on the door from the housekeeping with do not disturb Sign was uncalled for even when ask any special request. I’m getting disturbed trying to rest from the refrigerator and the ventilation circulate in the bathroom at all.

The hotel was just what we needed for an overnight stay. The room and bathroom were clean, beds were comfortable and we felt safe. Neighbors in each room were a little loud (when we turned off the tv and went to bed you could hear them talking and snoring), but it wasn’t terrible. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from for dinner and a great coffee shop across the road! Would stay there again for another trip!

The staff is very courteous and professional. The only thing they could improve upon are the grills. They used to be clean and in working order and they are definitely a plus for travelers. Either repair/replace them, or remove them from the patio and listing of property amenities.

Immediately when I first walked in I noticed how good it smelled. It was the holiday season so, the smell of spice and cinnamon made me feel warm and welcome. Then I was greeted by a very friendly Front Desk Attendant. The check-in process was very easy and quick. The waffle makers worked seamlessly and the buffet area was clean. My only issues were that our door continuously got jammed and on the morning we were leaving there was a roach on the cabinet. I don't fault the hotel because it's the south and it was really warm when we went. Roaches/water bugs come out of nowhere whenever it gets warm. All in all, its a very simple easy hotel which is great when you have kids.

I have stayed here many times in the past. However, this will probably be the last time as I found two German cockroachs in my room during the stay. I killed one, while the other remains on the loose in said room. I was going to tell the desk clerk at check out, but she seemed rather bothered that she even had to get up to take care of me. So I didn't bother.

The property was convenient from the highway but was in an extremely busy section of town. We had a great night's sleep though.

It was amazing I love being somewhere where it feels like home. I will definitely be back the staff was friendly and the other guests. I loved the way my suite was set up everything was fine just one thing they need better blankets bc the ones on the bed are thin and I like to sleep with room cold so I had to call for another one
