The hotel and rooms were great. But the service and the food, weren’t great at all. They should extend the hours for breakfast and have more options. Also for service, they never came up to you we had to go ahead and look for them to ask for what we wanted

I love this place and it’s the only place I stay when visiting Tijuana. Location is great, the staff is amazing and their breakfast is super delicious.

The buffet is awesome. The menudo reminds me of the menudo back home in El Paso. The hotel is close to everything. Plaza Chapultepec is across the street. Access to a bank also is across the street.

Everything was great, my only complaint was the noice level. We were given a room in the second level, facing the street, and we could hear everything. But the worst noice was the boiler on the roof, right beneath our room window. I think I would give them another try, just not on the second level facing the street.

Shower water was not draining out. In room service food delivery, foam container was unexpected in a hotel like Hyatt. Plastic fork and knife were of very poor quality.

Property was very nice and clean. The reason why I took 1 star off is because apparently parking is not guaranteed. We did get in late one night and was told it was full, but the staff did quickly accommodate and find us a spot in the lot. They did mention there was another lot next door that had parking, but we wanted to be inside the hotel parking. The staff is very kind and accommodating.

First of all the staff was awesome! Everyone is so nice and so helpful! The hotel is beautiful and so clean. We’ve stayed there a few times and we keep coming back.

It was a great experience. We just had an incident in the front desk. The receptionist didn’t check me in on the system. So the next day a person tried to enter our room because they thought that I didn’t show up at the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel back in 2018 and it was a great. But this time I was disappointed. Rooms were not so clean. Walls were dirty. Bathroom door had plastic coming apart. Bedroom phone not working. Customer service was okay, not as great as my prior stay.

It is a nice hotel, the one thing which I didn't like, it was the breakfast, on weekdays they clear the breakfast bar by 9:00 and it seems like it is the same food everyday

You get what you pay for! Pretty good hotel, I would definitely stay here again & recommend it to everyone. In the center of everything. Walking distance to pretty good restaurants & plaza. And let’s not forget to mention the stay came with breakfast buffet that has pozole and Saturday menudo on Sunday, ohhhhh and a pretty good jugo verde!
