Every detail of this home has been lovingly styled. The furnishings are a blend of mid century modern and bohemian. All mattresses are organic and the bedding is very comfortable and soft. The bungalow has a big deck in back yard and a large side yard with a garden. The first bedroom has a queen bed & a single day bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of room for an air mattress. The third bedroom room is lovingly called the Tiny room. It has a twin bed and pocket door for privacy. The day bed in dining area is a twin bed. Street parking available 1st come 1st serve. It has been lovingly renovated with central air and heating, new kitchen and bathroom. We have a back deck and large side yard with garden that Airbnb Plus did not picture fully. There is ample parking on street. Living room and dining area are connected. Living room has comfy West elm couch and reclining arm chair perfect to watch tv from. The dining area has a mid century modern dining table and built in art wall. Bedroom 1 is just off the living room and lovingly called the “tiny room”. It was once a small office but has been converted to a bedroom. It fits a twin bed and has a built in desk and shelves. This room is actually our favorite in the house! It’s so comfortable, calming and perfect for a child or friend that likes small cozy spaces. Whenever we need to read, do focused work or zen out, this is our chosen spot. It is tiny though. Bedroom 2 has an amazing organic new queen mattress and day bed. The day bed can be dressed to be used as additional sleeping. It’s comfortable and suitable for adults or children. Two windows let in plenty of light with view of the front and side yard. Black out shades for when you want to sleep in. Off the hall is the bathroom with skylight and bathtub. Bedroom 3 is at end of hall and has queen bed, tv with built in roku and 3 windows for a view of the large yard. Black out shades for when you want to sleep in. Kitchen has new appliances and is fully appointed with all you need to cook gourmet meals and feed yourself and your guests. We have everything from a cuisine art to popcorn popper. The day bed is perfect for lounging during the day while talking to the chef or sleeping at night with the scent of jasmine floating through the windows. The front door has a key pad entrance. There is one parking spot in back that you can access through the alley and a tall electric gate plus street parking. Home has ring security cameras around exterior of house with flood lights. Large yard with table and chairs. We have a lime, Meyer lemon and Fig tree. Guests can use main house, front, side and back yard. Back garage and side barn are not for guest’s use. Bike, walk, or take an Uber to world-famous Venice Beach, then grab brunch at Superba Food + Bread. We have street parking plus a parking spot in back.
