We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable room and bed. Loved the gas fireplace in the room and the butler’s pantry! Service was excellent. Big plus to have complimentary snacks and drinks available at all hours in the lobby.

Excellent customer service. Great restaurant & excellent customer service. Comfortable bed & lovely room.

Lovely rooms and nice staff. There is a lot of traffic noise late into the evening and “the cruise” downtown which bothered our dog tremendously. Would take this into account.

It is a wonderful hotel. The only complaint is that if valet parking is required then the room rates should be adjusted as another service rather than adding it as an additional fee.

Everything was perfect to the smallest detail! I recommend everyone stay here and I’ll definitely visit again.

My favorite hotel in Boise. Love the location and that Richard’s Restaurant is right there. It’s 5 stars!

The hotel is very nice and well maintained. It is clean and comfortable. It's also in a very good location. I have stayed there twice and will continue to go back when I'm in the area.

The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. While we didn't have the view we reserved, our room was beautiful, clean, and large. It was convenient to have two sinks in the vanity. The shower was awesome. We were pleasantly surprise we had two different balconies. The staff was extremely attentive. We were unaware of the additional charge for parking. Only valet parking is available.
The only negative was the in-house food. We had heard Richard's had excellent food and were looking forward to our evening meal. The food was tough, over-cooked, and unseasoned. This meal for two cost $194.
We wanted to give the restaurant another try for in-room breakfast. Unfortunately, that confirmed the food is not good. Our meal was late, dried out, and cold. This meal for two cost $67.

I love this hotel. You are welcomed with snacks and drinks - while the entire staff is kind, engaging and helpful. We have stayed here a couple times and it’s sets such a high standard for hotels. We love Boise and love Inn at 500 Capital. It’s perfectly located.

Came here for our anniversary and stayed the fireplace suite. Room was very clean, cozy and comfortable.
Front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. In fact all the staff were exceptionally hospitable.
Only complaint would be the food quality from room service. Not terrible but definitely not great for the price.

Overall a great start. During booking, I booked a park view room, but given a 3rd floor room by one of the busiest intersections in Boise. Front desk didn’t have ear plugs, but went out to buy some. Comped me Valet parking cost. My wife loved the fireplace in the room, the robes, absolutely loved the cubey hole for room service (don’t need to open the room door to get the delivery). Also ordered out for food & front desk brought the delivery up. Huge kudos to front desk (Josh) for exceptional service. Highly recommend this hotel. Great location for bodo food warehouse, hockey games, etc.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I chose to stay here on the recommendation of a friend.
First off your staff that works the lobby were super helpful, not only making my check in process completely pain free but also later in the day by directing me to my concert location and even offered me shuttle service there so I didn't have to walk in a dress.
My room was spacious and very clean, however you might want to consider cleaning out the Kuerig coffee maker once in a while. Also perhaps offer some hot tea/hot chocolate as a substitute for those that don't drink coffee but still like something hot to drink in the morning. Only thing I really had a problem with was the coffee selection, you offer sugar and creamer but I had nothing to stir it up with, maybe consider offering spoons??
One of the best things about the room was your ultra comfy bed and bedding, wish I could take it home with me!
All in all it was a great trip and I've enjoyed my stay, I'll certainly be back to stay again.

We had a fabulous stay at the 500! Loved everything about it. Even though the desk/valet was short staffed, they handled all duties with friendliness and efficiency. Our room was so comfortable and clean with a great view of the city and foothills. Beds comfy and we loved the fireplace. Walkable to everywhere. Will stay here again on our next trip to Boise!

Front desk was a little under stopped to check in, everything else is fantastic until check out. Housekeepers came into the room at 8:34 in the morning without knocking just open the door and burst in. Find that extremely unprofessional and the front desk was not willing to accommodate any sort of reconciliation other than an insincere I'm sorry
