Welcome to Pilot House 221, a classic Seacrest Beach home newly renovated inside and out, offering family-friendly layouts. Spread out and find your own space in this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home spanning two floors of fun. The first floor features an inviting open space where everyone can gather. Upon entry, you're greeted by the living area and dining table before reaching the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for the family chefs whipping up beach snacks or meals. Step outside to the wrap-around balcony and porch to enjoy morning coffee or wind down with a glass of wine. There's plenty of seating for everyone! Take advantage of the amazing Seacrest amenities, including a 12,000 sq ft Lagoon-style pool, private deeded beach access, and Beach Shuttle running daily from March 1st to October 31st. On the first floor, discover the convenience of the queen bedroom, complete with a 40” smart TV and a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry room is stocked with full-size appliances and 4 beach chairs. As you head upstairs, a day bed with a trundle awaits on the second-floor landing. Bedroom 2 features a day bed with a trundle, a twin bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 boasts a King bed and a bathroom with a rain head shower and double vanity. Sleeping Arrangements: 1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed with smart TV. Shared bathroom with walk-in shower. 2nd Floor Landing: Day bed with trundle. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: 1 day bed with a trundle and 1 twin bed (sleeps 3), smart TV. Ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed with smart TV. Bathroom with walk-in/rain head shower and double vanity. Seacrest Beach II: The showstopper of the area is the 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool. With a waterfall, fountain, and children's splash area we know you'll find your perfect pool day at Seacrest. Surrounded by palm trees and poolside loungers, it might be hard to split your time between this pool and the beautiful Gulf. * Sorry, no pets allowed. * Parking for 2 cars (there's parking in front and at the back of the home). * Benchmark cannot guarantee/service owner-provided amenities An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests.?For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Pilot House 221 property was as described in the listing and as shown in the photos. The house was clean and well-appointed with plenty of kitchen supplies and other miscellaneous items that came in handy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice and fit our needs well. The location in the Seacrest Beach neighborhood was excellent. The pool can't be beat and the tram service is very helpful for going to the beach, particularly if you have kids and gear to bring. We did not require much service from Benchmark but all interactions were positive. They provided plenty of info ahead of time that answered essentially all questions we might have had. Overall, we were very happy with the property and our stay in general. We will definitely consider this property again and would rent from Benchmark again.

Pilot House exceeded our expectations! The house was the perfect size for our spring break crew. The kitchen is very clean and one of the best equipped I have ever experienced in a rental. All the dishes, bowls, glasses, pots, pans, etc were brand new and clean. It was truly a gift to have everything we needed. The bathrooms have been updated and are clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. I would 100% stay here again. Close to the pool, and there is a tram stop right outside the front door.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation was a Christmas present to family members. To insure we would all be close to each other ,we booked in September. 25 days before our trip, owners decided to cancel our reservation. I felt my first call to Benchmark Management was meet with the attitude "Owners have that right, sorry too bad for you" This really set the stage for an extremely disappointing vacation. After family member researched the area we found another rental

The Pilot house at Seacrest beach was perfect for my husband and my getaway. It is a beautiful home, very nicely decorated and located in a great location. There is very little reason to use your car since everything is so close. So many places to eat, listen to live music or to shop. Absolutely great experience and we felt right at home at the Pilot house. Would rent here again! Janice & Tom (Atlanta)
