a most enjoyable stay would love to return

Breakfast was outstanding huge selection. I had an interconnecting room with my family which was wonderful and a beautiful fruit plate awaiting on arrival.

I felt that the shabbat meal which was excellent was rather pricey and also the shabbat luncheon. definitely no shortage of food, tasty and well presented and varied

Fantastic, we always come back. Ronit is the greatest manager. Super staff and housekeeping, super.

This is a great place to stay. The staff are so good, they always answer the phone and are quick to help (not in many other Israel hotels) but this one is so good. The food is very good and coffee fresh. Parking easy, gift shop and lobby snack area. It's quiet and well managed. Its the best place in Jerusalem if you don't wan't mediocre and don't want to spend an arm and a leg! You won't be disappointed. Ronit the manager is fabulous. These are serious hotel chain people!

Best experience ! The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations We came for the new year holiday and between the incredible food at the hotel and excellent service mydaughter and I started the New year in the most happy and beautiful way Thank you to the staff (especially Joseph who took care of our dinner reservations at the hotel) Leonardo’s extra touches during the holiday just showed us we were appreciated as clients and we look forward to coming back again

Exceptional

The location couldn't be better. The staff, especially Ronit the guest manager, were all so helpful. It's a gorgeous hotel and spotlessly clean. The view towards the Old City, and the new city. The breakfasts were fantastic.

Overall an excellent stay and I will be happy to come back to the hotel. Very accommodating.

The room was beautiful. They had a wonderful coffee machine with 3 bottles of water waiting for me. How about that! View was phenomenal.

Work out room was freezing cold. Problem with the thermostat. I think they straightened it out. The staff was working on it as soon as we called them. Check in was longer than usual. I checked in with the internet check in so all they had to do was give me room key. But I had to wait in line with everyone else. They should have a special line for people who have already checked in and paid on the internet.

ran out of towels at the pool.Toilet was running and noisy. no one fixed it.

Superb

The hotel is centrally located and close to everything. The breakfast is a wonderful spread of delicious food and exceptional staff. We very much enjoyed our stay. We must give a shoutout to the manager Ronit who wanted to make our stay as wonderful as possible and we look forward to our next visit!

not worth the money

the breakfast was good

the customer service was horrible , our bathroom was flooded twice we were repeatedly given false information by guest relations and the front desk. our room was switched 2 hours before holiday and nobody takes accountability. we were supposed to have 1 night free and never did. I don’t recommend this hotel

We had a great stay and were impressed by the assistance of the staff whenever we asked for it!

We had an outstanding stay. The location is perfect. The breakfast is great, and we chose different items every day during our three-day stay. The staff was especially pleasant and helpful to us. Essentially every request or need that we had was dealt with effectively.

The rooms at the hotel are comfortable, and the beds are also. That said, the rooms, while modern in terms of what you need, are a bit outdated style-wise. The good news is that an update is in the works, which will keep the Leonardo Plaza our hotel of choice for both personal and business travel to Jerusalem in the future.

I have stayed in this hotel many times in the past, but now the hotel is on a different level !

Breakfast was excellent. In my experience it is one of the best of any of the 5 star hotels in Jerusalem. Also, when I had a problem with no availability for one night at the Leonardo City Tower in Ramat Gan, Ronit Bar Shai Cohen (Guest Relations Manager) personally swung things and got me a room there, despite it being full.

The lunch menu in the lounge could be a little more extensive.

Quite expensive hotel We came early nad had parking place in the hotel parking. However, the parking is open to everyone, not just for hotel guests, might be full .

Cust service was in touch with me after my departure and improvements I understand were being done

location - some of the staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfast buffet was good

poor quality room, water blockages in toilet, looks tired and in need of upgrade - Since my departure, the management have looked into what went wrong and have assured me improvements have been made.

Excellent staff, service, and accomodation. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent staff, service, and accomodatoin. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, so many selections! Perfect location by the Independence Park, away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance to the old city.

The pool was not in service during low season.
