THE loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The traffic sounds are bad, but they don’t come close to how awful the noise isolation is inside the hotel. Do not expect to get a good sleep or rest here. You will hear everything your neighbors are doing because the walls and ceilings are made of paper. Only stay on the 3rd floor because otherwise you will feel like you have the entire Wall Street walking all over your head. And you will definitely be awoken multiple times by slamming doors. They wind up the door springs so high that no matter how careful you try to be with the door, it crashes close so aggressively as if there’s vacuum in the hallway. Also, the first floor rooms don’t have carpets, the rooms are not that “renovated”, the water pressure is so high that you get sprayed with water if you’re not careful with the sink faucet, and the phones don’t work and are purely decorative. The couches in the rooms are covered in weird stains, the elevator is old and slow, the included breakfast is nauseating to even look at. The front desk customer service is good, but the room service lady crashed her cart into me once and just said “oops”, and the latter are also super loud when they are cleaning. The parking lot is good size, but apparently people don’t like to park there and just leave their cars in the driveway right in front of the entrance into the hotel in the “do not park” area. One day I had to navigate around a giant shipping truck head parked right in the main driveway.

This hotel is clean, the king size bed was comfortable although the pillows were a bit oversized. I like flatter pillows. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice too.

The room was very comfortable, however the shower curtain was too short which caused water to go all over the bathroom floor when you took a shower. This was very dangerous for my handicapped mother. Also the TV did not work.

The room was spacious. I had a king suite and everything was great. Lots of hot water in the shower with good pressure. The only issue I had was a noise in the heating unit that would come and go, but I just turned it off for the night.

The hotel is in a very busy area with a multitude of restaurants and other businesses. The room was large, but sparsely furnished. There was a huge empty space! The sink plug was not attached so, after stopping the sink with the plug, had to go underneath the sink to unstop the sink! Also, no glasses in the room. Breakfast was OK. Good for an overnight stay on the way to somewhere else!

People were smoking weed on the 3rd floor and the smell was going into guest rooms. It was brought to the staff on 3 occasions and nothing was done. I am a cigarette smoker and considered smoking in my room since it appeared no one cared. Disappointing. Stairwells needed vacuuming. Elevators needed sweeping. Food was left in our fridge.

The hotel is in the mist of being remolded. It is fantastic. The staff is friendly. The room is very clean. The beakfast was very good. Eggs, sausage, bagels, english muffins, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bread, muffins, just plain good. 5 stars here from Florids

Rooms don't have any privacy can't sleep 7AM housekeeping knocking on door. Check in is at 3PM our room was ready after 3:30PM

Easy to park, easy to check in, and easy to get to our 3rd-floor room. The room was spotless. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet, even with the A/C fan on during the night. My only quibble was the TV remote was annoying.

The internet is terrible here. I could not surf the internet any day I was here. What's worse was a few of us being woken up by the manager screaming so loudly at a disabled guest and arguing with her saying immature things like she's the boss and makes the rules and she won because apparently she succeeded in getting this disabled woman to cancel her rooms. I don't know what provoked this, but an administrator should never scream like that and allow guests to see it. It leaves a bad impression. Plus, to say she won and succeeded in getting her out is so immature. There were many of us who came outside to watch the screaming. Very unprofessional, and she's rude on top of that. I heard her tell a man after he complained if he didn't like it here, he could get out and find a better place. She told him it wasn't his house. It seems like one can't complain at LaQuinta or you get told to get lost. Very unprofessional people here who are supposed to be respectful and appreciate guests. The regular staff is quite nice though, but I don't think I want to return here again. Food never changes either. Same stuff every day.

This property did not deliver basic services such as hot water. LaQuinta staff did not inform guests of water issue or offer other hotel options. The management at this facility refused any type of refunds through Expedia. I will not be using LaQuinta or Expedia services ever again. Neither business is ethical. I’ll be informing the BBB as well as other review companies and family and friends. Do not book at this hotel!!! Beyond terrible!!

La Quinta's hotel is great when it comes to comfort. The bed is absolutely amazing. The room is amazing; however, they have the most bland breakfast for the cost of this place. If you guys are familiar with McDonalds' breakfast McMuffin, they use those types of eggs every single day. They are not as tasty, believe me. One can tell it's frozen and then recooked. They have the same ole stuff daily: horrible eggs, only pork sausage, same old cheerios, apples and oatmeal. The muffins are a joke. No banana, same ole same ole. I end up eating out. The waffles are good but there's just not a big selection of things. You'd think for the outrageous cost being in the middle of nowhere, they'd have a better selection. The only other gripe I have is with the wifi--HORRIBLE wi-fi. Our streaming and even surfing the net is horrible. It's making me like Econo much more next door. Their breakfast is also bland but the price is cheaper for better internet. Fix your wi-fi. Get more of a selection for your outrageous price for breakfast. Then you'd be perfect.
