Cons: The hotel doesn't seem to have air conditioning so it's hot and it smells stale. Staff didn't mention any details about the pool hours, breakfast times, etc. We parked in the back, but the back door doesn't work so we had to walk around the front. They knew that but didn't warn us or put up a sign. They said we are working on it. The room doors are finicky, so we had to have security come up and show us how to open them. The keys had to be reactivated every time we left the hotel. The worst part was the cleanliness. I could tell as soon as we walked into the elevator. There was dust, crumbs and even dog hair on the bathroom floor. The walls don't look like they get wiped down much either. Front desk staff wasn't the friendliest, but they weren't rude. The overnight security guard had terrible customer service and he wasn't friendly at all. He gave us a sarcastic look when he had to open our door for us. I said man all these doors are adult proof and he said, "no s***." Pros: Free parking, free breakfast, great location and they provide free hygiene. It's in the middle of a bunch of restaurants and stores. Its right off of the freeway. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms are spacious. They have an indoor pool which is nice. The hotel should be charging Motel 6 prices because of all the cons. If they had AC, the doors worked, the staff was informative, better key systems, a helpful security guard and cleanliness then it would be 5 stars for me.

Loud music all night. Smoking in hallway. Sticky doors and elevators. There was a literal bright sign outside our room that made a bright halo all night on the black out shade. I thought holiday inn expresses were consistently decent. Not this one. Worst stay. No one at front desk after ten pm. It’s a free for all all night.

Normally, my stay at Holiday Inn is good but not this time. I'm handicapped but got shoved into a room with a bed too high for me to get on. My legs hurt getting off and on all the time. They said they still have yet to fix the elevator after two months now. The room was so small too. Nothing like the handicapped room. I was so mad. I didn't even get a sorry or a discount for the next stay. $460 for three days and got that.

Elevator was not working. Requested for a room that won’t require long walk but the customer service still gave us a room that requires walk to end of the 1st floor for the stairs going to the 2nd floor then a long walk going to our room. Went back to the customer service if she can just give us a 1st floor but she insisted no vacant rooms available on the 1st floor. But it looks like not a lot of guests.

Elevator was not working, ice machine on our floor did not work, when using outlets the fuse went out, smelled like smoke even though it said non smoking.

The property itself was great. Since this is my go to hotel when we come to this town. Unfortunately this time I was unhappy with my stay, I did not get any housekeeping in my room. The trash cans where pretty much filled to the top, I didn’t get new towels nor my beds made. When I called front desk they said it was only upon request, though my sister in law stayed there as well and got her room cleaned without requesting it.

Staff was nice and helpful. Elevators were not working. the room phone was broken so I had to go down to the lobby at 9 at night and ask them to come fix my thermostat. Other than that, stay was fine.

Right off the bat, we arrive at 11pm tired and ready for bed ,and were told all the elevators broken so now we have to lug 6 suit cases up 4 flights of stairs , feels dingy, big stains in the hall ,feels like they slaped a coat of paint on a motel 6 and put they're logo on it , we always stay at HIE every where we go , by far the worst one we've been to. To top it off woke up this morning with a Mysterious bite on my arm , hoping its not bed bugs

Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping were cordial and friendly. I don't recall the name of the young woman who was at the front desk when we checked in, but she remembered us and was very welcoming. In addition, the breakfast was delicious and the lady in charge kept it spotless. The biscuits and gravy were a hit!

We rented the family room which was amazing. 2 separate quarters, 2 full baths, there was one problem. Maybe a couple very insignificant. There should be a light installed over the coffee area because trying to make a cup of coffee in the night was very hard that. Closet that holds the microwave and coffee machine is extremely dark. Putting something in there, would really help. Wanted to compliment the night desk staff who tried desperately to get our TV fixed. ,which never happened, but the effort that they put in was commendable and appreciated.

I love this hotel. The bed is comfy, the room is decent, and the food is great, but last night a bad argument began on the third floor. They were screaming at 3 AM and pounded on my door. I had my son call downstairs but no apology or anything was offered by the hotel. I couldn't go back to bed and I was scared. They kicked and pounded on my door. Who knows with psychos nowadays what could have occurred had I not called downstairs.

This hotel was very nice! Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. It was easy to drive in Hesperia tofi d restaurants etc. Breakfast was a pleasant experience with a variety of selections both hot and cold.

The outside of the property has a trashcan, overflowing and garbage on the ground. We arrived in our room. Our refrigerator was not plugged in. When we move the refrigerator to plug it in water leaked all over the floor we had to call housekeeping to clean it up. There is no slip pad for the shower, which is very slippery and no mat for the floor when getting out of the shower. The showerhead is broken and the plugs to the tub is broken.
