About this house rental
Situated in Bristol, this lovely house for $163 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. A very intriguing, cozy, modern place located right in the heart of Bristol. This house is only minutes from the downtown (State Street) area, close to I-81, and close to Bristol Motor Speedway/Thunder Valley. Come sleep in comfortable beds and have a perfectly clean place to relax during your travels. Whether you are in town for an event or just passing through, this place is perfect for almost anyone and everyone. The house has everything you need to spend a while or just a night or two. All the linens, cookware and essentials are included. Smart TV (including local channels), Wifi, a personal driveway and a large lawn is all yours to enjoy. The neighborhood is quite and safe and you are located right in the middle of all the Bristol Attractions. Also, Watch a Bristol Pirates or VA High School Baseball game right from the back patio! The back porch area was delightful and i loved that there were so many sleeping and lounging options along with 2 bathrooms! Will be using again!

Perfect location, easy drive to downtown Bristol and nearby towns. We enjoyed watching a baseball game Saturday afternoon, only recommendation would be a mirror added to the second bedroom to help with getting ready etc . Would stay again!

This was the cleanest house I have ever stayed in through VRBO! 5 of us took my mom for an overnight trip for her birthday and no one had any issues with the house. Chad is absolutely the greatest host to work with! I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing to be aware of is that there is actually two owners of the property which you don’t realize from the listing. We were told one thing was ok and then got a call from the other owner who periodically drives by the property that it wasn’t ok. Which was frustrating. Other than that the house was great!

The house was beautiful and welcoming. I was super pleased to see a Christmas tree already up. I had inquired about bringing a small one for my 6 year old. Blackbird Bakery on the Fly is around the corner, grocery store across the street, and many food options as you turn off Euclid Ave. The bonus had to be the little bar built into the back deck so we could watch the local minor league team play baseball. Interior was clean and decorated in a manner that felt very calm and relaxing. Just the escape I needed to catch up with friends and attend a family event at Steele Creek park just down the road.

We weren’t there much in the daytime but it was like home when we were there. Thank you very much for the coffee. We forgot ours. I enjoyed the Stateliners game Wednesday night. We hope it is available when we need to go back to Bristol. Thank you very much again.

The place was clean and nice. Had everything we needed. The owner is easy to interact with. The back deck overlooks a ball field and we got to eat dinner watching a game. Great stay. Oh and the beds are amazing!!
