We loved the Condo. The view was amazing. We are all seniors and two had difficulty navigating the stairs and the tubs which did not have safety bars. I get around easily so didn't think to ask about stairs and tubs. Krystal was very helpful. One of the ladies managed to pack one of the spoons so I'm not sure how to return that item.

Spent a couple nights and this condo is very close to downtown and good food. Very clean and pleasant place. Pool is not accessible and overall property is sort of in transition but seems safe.

We very much enjoyed our stay while in Birmingham for my sons baseball tournament. Very pretty condo and very well decorated. The entire unit has been renovated and looks just like the pictures. Krystal was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

This condo was recently renovated and was great! Clean, convenient location, and attentive owner. While exterior of condo building dated, the interior made up for it. We will stay here again when we visit our daughter at Samford. Thanks for a great stay!

The home is immaculate and feels so Zen from the moment you walk in - you want to kick of your shoes and relax. The gorgeous windows looking down on the city of Birmingham, the quiet but elegant furnishings and the extra little homey touches that were provided - made for a perfect five star stay. We also got there way early and with pleasure they allowed us to check in early. Perfect home - perfect stay!

I was beyond pleased with my stay back home in Birmingham, Al at this property. Booking/check-in was easy and smooth. The owner Krystal was very nice and accommodating. She answered all correspondences in a timely matter. The location was perfect! Neutral location where you can explore different parts of the city. The condo was nice and spacious! Don’t be fooled by the outside, everything was beyond our expectations! I look forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Our granddaughter played in a basketball tournament in Hoover and BJCC. This location was between the two venues. It was absolutely gorgeous inside, squeaky clean & it smelled heavenly. Thank you for a wonderful retreat.

We arrived to fresh flowers and a welcome note. The place was spotlessly clean. It is near good restaurants and cute shops. The sites we saw were just a few minutes away (garden, zoo and Vulcan Park). The only negative was the exterior needs minor maintenance (a prior reviewer mentioned this). Also, the light at the bottom of the exterior stairs to get to the unit was burned out and it was difficult to see. Would definitely stay again!

We had the best time and wish we had stayed the whole weekend! It was so beautiful and clean! Will definitely stay here again! The manager was easy to reach and Very helpful with directions and the check in process was easy as pie :D

We enjoyed our weekend stay visiting our daughter who is a UAB student and lives five minutes away which was ideal. The condo was nicely updated on the inside and very quiet! Fresh flowers and a nicely written note was an added bonus when we arrived. We will definitely keep this condo on our list for our next visit to Birmingham.

This is a wonderful property with a great owner. We loved everything about our stay. The apartment is very spacious, well stocked and the owner ensures a great experience with good communication and extra touches like fresh flowers on the table, lots of extra blankets, and fragrance plug-ins. It feels homey. The location and view of the city are spectacular!

The good: nice renovations. Spacious. Located a mile from Embassy Hotel 10 mins from uptown n downtown. The bad: windows fogged need replaced. Only negative about the interior. The ugly: Exterior show extreme wear n tear. This was an old apartment complex converted into condo. No work was done on exterior. And poor lighting. Great hosts. Very responsive. Missing items were delivered in hours.

This was a great 2BR/2Bath place right in the middle of where we needed to be. Check-in was easy, the place was nice and quiet, and we were able to cook a home-cooked meal and do laundry for our college girl.

We only stayed 2 nights but the place was great! The host was very friendly, and so commentating on any of our requests and very quick to respond also. The place is fully stocked and it is very comfortable. The beds and the pillows are excellent. We slept like a baby. This is a great place to stay don’t miss out!

I was in Birmingham for treatment at the Kirklin Clinic and needed a one night stay. My sister was flying in to be with me and it was so nice to be able to stay in a condo rather than a hotel where we would have been in separate rooms. My husband, sister and I were able to relax and visit the evening before my treatment. The condo was very clean and nicely updated and decorated. It is also a great floor plan. It was well equipped with a washer and dryer although we did not need that for one night. It did not have a hair dryer, bath soap or shampoo/conditioner so you would need to bring those items. There was coffee, sugar and creamer. The building itself is an older building and the only negative was that the area outside the building was not particularly clean. The inside of the condo was very nice however and you forgot about that once you were in. The check-in and out was seamless. There is is one reserved parking space and 2 others available to the unit. The owner was very responsive and offered us both early check-in and late check-out. The location is also good and is close to Five Points South.

The host was really communicative and the unit was perfect for two couples or a family. There were no toiletries or hair dryer, so be sure to bring those, but the unit was clean and in a great location!
