This professionally designed and decorated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home can sleep 12 guests comfortably and includes spectacular amenities such as a Nursery built off the Master suite on the 1st floor. The Owners Story- In 2020 our family visited Carlton Landing for the first time. We recognized immediately the culture was different here. My wife and I grew up in the 80's where our childhood consisted of large family dinners, exploring outside, riding bikes, swimming, sports, playing board games, running from house to house in our neighborhood and playing with friends until dark. We only dreamed of a community where our kids could experience that same culture we loved so much growing up in Oklahoma. Then we found it! The Kitchen and Dining area is built for entertaining. With the oversized dining table, Huge kitchen island and spacious living area, you will be able to entertain a large family for any special occasion. The elegant decor and inviting colors will take your breath away. The home features 3 King size bedrooms and 1 oversized bunk room with 2 full size beds and 3 twins. The home has 3 full size bathrooms and 1 half bath. The Master suite on the 1st floor comes with a large walk in shower and a soaker tub for you to relax or give the littles a bubble bath. The living area is equipped with a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV so you can cozy up on the extra large couch and watch your favorite movie. The common area on the 2nd floor is also equipped with a TV and a card table for family game night. The large wrap around porch is perfect for morning coffees, sunsets and has a large dining table for eating outside on the patio. The Tower court pool is just a short walk down the street if you want to relax by the pool or cool off in the summer. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 12): FIRST FLOOR: -Master Bedroom: King Master Suite plus Nursery & Private Bathroom SECOND FLOOR: -Guest Bedrooms (2): King Beds, 1 has a Private Bathroom -Bunk Room: 2 Full Beds, 3 Twin Beds, Shared bathroom Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only. If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please contact Lakeside Motorsports at All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals.

We stayed over Christmas and it rained most of the time, so we really didn’t get to enjoy much outside. It was great family time.

Wonderful house. Would definitely use again. We have an 11 month old and chose this property over others based on it having a nursery off the master bedroom (which appears to have been the master closet originally) such a smart idea for a rental. It worked great but it did not have an outlet. So we went out and bought a 35ft extension cord to plug in our monitor/sound machine. The house was well appointed having all the toiletries, dishwashings pods etc that we needed and a fully stocked kitchen. Of note, The upstairs bedroom fan remotes talked to each other (so if you’re trying to turn on your light with your remote it will also turn it on in one of the other bedrooms). All-in-all loved it and would stay again!

Great stay for 3 families! Nice new house. Could get some chairs for around the fire pit out back . But overall very nice space!

Reviewer Comments: Our family loved this property, it was a perfect size and we loved the how spacious it was. Loved the pools, lake/beach and the amenities that the community had to offer.Had an issue with the keypad, but called the management and they got it all fixed ASAP so we could get.

How is beautiful, clean and spacious. You can not use the garage, that is for owners only. We did have an electric issue with a fuse that was blown and had to call the management company twice to get it fixed. It wouldn’t have been an issue but it was the plug for the microwave which we needed for kid food. The home does not come stocked so be sure to bring anything you need for cooking.

We were so impressed with how much living space this house offered. I loved the little nursery in the closet attached to the downstairs master bedroom. We had never stayed in this part of Carlton Landing before and really enjoyed how peaceful the area was. Working with Lake Stay was such a breeze and they were so accommodating with our last minute rental. They even quickly mailed back an item we left behind. We would absolutely stay here again!

We fit 2 families - with a total of 7 kids! - comfortably & never felt like we were on top of one another. The living & dining area is spacious & met our needs for meals & games together. The clean & modern decor was a vacation for the mommies' eyes. We had one issue w/ the kitchen & LakeStay fixed it w/ in minutes, reminding us why we love renting w/ them! Highly recommend when you need a getaway to make memories & allow your kids to truly be kids!
