Came for five days. House is very well renovated. A/C works great. Kitchen has all the amenities. Washer and Dryer works very well and efficient. Beds were great. Felt like tempur pedic. Small yard with fire ring is nice to have but too hot to have used since it’s summer. Neighbours were quiet. Only down side was smaller street and tight parking. Very close to restaurants and Kroger.

If you're going with another couple or just with with your spouse, it's a nice spot, but from a parent perspective, it was disappointing. Our son was looking forward to playing foosball, but the basement smelled like old pet pee. There was a air freshener plug-in down there as well, so the combination of smells was extremely overwhelming and we couldn't stay down there more than a few minutes. The backyard was nice, but little grass space for our kiddo to run around. Again, great setup if it were just adults, but we're coming at it from a perspective to help any future parents looking to stay here. Bedrooms were very nice and the bathroom was very nicely updated, and the various options of pillows was a nice touch. Lastly, the parking situation should just say street parking. Regardless of the size of the car, I'm not sure anyone could park on the 45° angle and with the stones on either side, I'm not sure we could have opened the doors without hitting them. Overall, the location was very nice and communication with the owners was fantastic, but having two kiddos under the age of 6, it wasn't ideal.

Everything about this home was perfect. Very clean, comfy beds, very well decorated, very well stocked, and the owners left a lot of little things that made you feel very welcomed. The location is outstanding, on a quiet street, but with plenty of food options close by, and a truly great coffee shop right around the corner. Communication with the owner was outstanding, too.

Great experience renting for a few days while needing to be out of our house for a few days. Comfortable and attractive furnishings. Keurig machine with coffee pods is nice touch. Walking distance to Coffee Emporium, China Gourmet & St. Francis Apizza. Fenced yard perfect for our pup. Communications from owner were helpful.
