Outside, dine and relax under the canopy of a tall fir tree with luxurious Hot Tub. Stroll through the back gate to enjoy a 4.75 acre park w/ playground & a ⅓ mile paved path. Ideal home base for your Oregon adventures! The space This is a completely updated, one story, modern home close to eateries, grocery stores, freeways, Riverbend Hospital, and all University activities. Named for the city park adjacent to the home, Parkside Paradise is perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces, kitchen, dining, laundry and game room. The primary bathroom features a walk in shower with beautiful modern tile. There is also a full bath off of the hallway for the other two bedrooms to share, which includes a tub/shower combo. We offer Kirkland Signature shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Each bedroom has a closet with shelving and hangers to store your personal items. The bedrooms and baths are down the hallway, away from the living spaces. The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances including an induction stove and stocked with most essentials. Help yourself to coffee (Columbian dark roast) and tea. If there is something you don't see, don't hesitate to ask. The kitchen is open to the dining area, which seats up to 6. There is additional seating at the kitchen peninsula perfect for kiddos or a quick bite to eat. The comfortable family room has a gas fireplace and large TV with cable. The converted garage includes a ping-pong table, darts, seating areas and washer/dryer complete with laundry soap tabs, dryer balls, and drying rack. The well manicured yard includes a covered patio with TV & cable, gas Weber grill, outdoor dining table, Hot Tub spa with 35 hydromassage jets, and gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the park view from the backyard or access the park through the back gate. Help yourself to seasonal strawberries and blueberries in the backyard. Guests will have access to the house, yard & driveway. Garage has been converted to a game room with laundry. Please keep garage doors shut and do NOT park in the garage.

From the time I booked this home until the time I left the communication with the owner was amazing. The home was better than expected...you can tell the owners care about providing a first class experience. The new hot tub is divine.

This house is absolutely adorable. The attention to detail does not go unnoticed. The hosts make you feel welcome and from the moment you walk in it feels like home. The love they have for their property shows. This place is immaculate. Location is fantastic. There is plenty to occupy your time without leaving the house! Ping pong, darts or sit by the fire outside and watch a movie on the outdoor tv. Highly recommend.

The park accessibility was great for my grandchildren. Did not like the cooking pan selection. Ended up cooking my entire breakfast in one 8” pan. Tried several others but food stuck to one and didn’t cook evenly in the other.

House is in great area with easy access. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again next time in Eugene!!! Host is fantastic and everything you need is available in the home for your stay!!!

This house was a wonderful place to stay - we only had one night in town, but we're definitely keeping it on our list for future visits. Plenty of room for us and our kids, and it was very refreshing to stay in a rental that wasn't highly fragranced.

I enjoyed my stay very much! While visiting Eugene we preferred staying in because of how comfortable the house was! We took advantage of the covered fire pit, ping pong table, and lovely kitchen. Would 10/10 recommend staying in this home :)
