With one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms on the top floor this property maximizes the entertainment space on the ground floor. A gas BBQ sits on the completely fenced-in back patio. Three bikes and helmets are available to guests in the detached garage. During those hot summer months, take a stroll, or bike ride, down the private paved trail leading right to the beach via a unique wooden boardwalk.

Really great location for a family trip. The house was super clean and the managers were responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Great location. Lover that there is a little area that is totally fenced for the pup. Bedroom and bathroom downstairs, which would be great for older folks. Check in was a little clunky (directions for parking weren't in email, nor garage number), but ended up working out. Would stay there again!

We loved being at the Little Mermaid. It is a lovely unit and it was so comfortable for our family of 9.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Perfect floor plan for the 3 adults, 4 teenagers and 2 dogs. We would definitely stay here again. Pacific City is a hidden gem.

This beach house was very comfortable. Easy access to the beach! There were 9 of us and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Three bathrooms were essential for our group. Three bedrooms were all very nice and beds were comfortable. The living area was spacious, dining and kitchen were all connected to living area so being together as a group was enjoyable whether we were eating, snacking, playing games or just chilling. Two separate patio areas were really nice. A good sized barbeque for grilling. One of our best beach experiences because of the house and beach access!

Overall the stay was very enjoyable, with only minor inconveniences. We immediately ran out of garbage bags and there were no extras, so we ended up buying some. We also had to buy tin foil and zip lock bags. There was no Tupperware, bags, or foil to store leftovers. There also was no salt except for ice cream salt, which nearly was a disaster because a previous guest had filled the salt shaker with it. Ice cream salt is not meant for consumption.
Oh! And the downstairs toilet squeals obnoxiously loud for minutes after flushing.
Other than these things, everything was great!

Had a great time with 7 teens & 2 adults for son’s birthday! Boys took over the 2nd floor. Easy walk to the beach. House very well organized, clean, & comfortable.

This place was perfect. It is a 2 minute walk from the beautiful Pacific City beach with Cape Kiwanda right in front of you. Quiet place outside of the wind coming off the beach in a beautiful beach community.

Overall home was spacious and close to beach. We did have issues with the washer that prevented us from doing laundry. They did provide a solution offsite but a bit inconvenient since we had a house full of family. Cleaning was OK but had some spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling in the living room and bedrooms.

Great property and beautiful scenery. Only suggestions would be to double check appliances. A/C wasn’t working and the oven was acting funny. Also it would have been nice to have extra supplies (I.e. bathroom and kitchen linens, soaps, larger garbage cans and sacks, etc.).

While we only had nine people in our party, attempting to get us all seated comfortably for a movie was really tough. According to the listing, there was room for 10, and yet eating together at the table and fitting all into the living room area was really tough, and not super comfortable. We appreciated bikes in the garage but there were only three when the sign said "four."
