Everything advertised was spot on! We had a very nicely furnished home with plenty of room to host our family members. The home was decorated with all the conveniences a modern home would expect to have. The location was out of the fray of the university events but close enough to jump in if we wanted.

Christian was a wonderful host that had prompt communication before and during our stay. This home's three bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen and adjoining dining room were both large and inviting, easily fitting our family of four adults.
The upstairs master bathroom was super spacious and luxurious, with both a double sink vanity and a personal make up vanity.
Everything was very clean and furnishings looked pretty new.
The location was a 15-20 minute drive to downtown where several family functions were held. The house is located in a quite wooded neighborhood.
There was also a pool but we didn't have a chance to enjoy it.
I highly recommend this home for a weekend or even a week's stay. You won't be disappointed!

We're a family of 5 and there was more than enough space for us. We stayed the week between Christmas and New Years. The house was even nicer than we expected and very clean. Christian was an excellent host. He stayed in contact from the time of booking to check out. He made sure we had everything we needed and that there we no surprises. We will definitely be staying here again.

Christian’s property was excellent! It was clean and had all the amenities that make a vacation rental feel as cozy as home. It was easy to find and we had no problems getting in. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Christian was super responsive to any communication and was a great host. We will definitely stay again.

Wow! This was such an incredible property and Christian was an excellent host! The house was beautiful, updated, well maintained and very cozy! We had everything we needed and loved the special touches throughout the house (holiday decor, art work, corn hole, board games, etc). Christian went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating. Thank you for such a great stay - we will be back!

Nice place to enjoy parents weekend! Beautiful wooded neighborhood close enough to campus but also very private and quite for recharging your batteries.....keeping up with the college kids!

We enjoyed staying at this house for UGA Parents Weekend. The house was big enough to share with a 2nd family and still have our UGA daughters stay too. The house just as described, with a lot of "extras" like k-cup provided coffee, bottles of water in the fridge, plus soap at each sink and laundry supplies plus many others.
- Regarding the house the layout is an "open concept" which allowed us to spread out and catch some football on the large TV in advance of the UGA evening game.
- The host, Christian, provided excellent communications leading up to and during the stay.
Lastly, I would add that the house is located in a rural subdivision about 15-20 minutes to UGA depending on Athens traffic. We figured out a couple different routes, so this wasn't an issue even on a game day.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a great time staying here. Location for the game was great. The place was clean and comfortable. We couldn’t use the pool because of the weather. Would definitely stay here again.

The process of reserving the house was a challenge as the owner/host asked for photo ID and canceled the reservation while I was in process of sending the ID through Vrbo. After I worked with the owner/host and Vrbo to reinstate the reservation, the owner/host explained that he thought I was a fraud. I’m not sure why, but it was stressful for me and my family.
After that, the owner/host was great and communicated well. He made everything easy getting into the house and throughout our stay. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The pool was great. We were in town to attend a UGA football game, and the location was so close to the stadium. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Property was great. Everything was clean. Nice amenities. Pictures don’t do this place justice. Pool was lovely. Would book again. Value based on other Athens properties is amazing! I cannot say enough positive things. Seriously, book it already…you won’t regret it!

We loved staying in this home! It was so clean and comfortable. The pool was great. It had everything we needed. The host even dropped off gift cards to local restaurants for us. 100% recommend!!
