The second floor boasts a street-side bedroom with two bunk beds, each equipped with a full-sized mattress below and a single on top. Ascend to the third floor, where a lavish suite beckons with a large closet, beautiful bathroom, and a sprawling private deck overlooking the picturesque marshes and bay. Although the full bathroom isn't exclusive, direct access ensures convenience. The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final. The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate. Fee Break Down: (These items are included in your quote) Base Rent + The Following: - $75 Processing Fee - $75 Accidental Damage Insurance Policy Charge (Non-refundable) - $150 Amenities Package - 3% Credit Card Convenience Fee - $300 Cleaning Fee Please Note: This property does not accept group rentals or tenants under the age of 25. The property was beautiful and perfect for our multi family needs. Tha plentiful bedrooms with decks on three levels with baths allowed for privacy. The open concept living space offered enough seating for all. The playground, eateries and beach are both in walking distance. The only disappointment was not having access to the elevator for our guest who has limited mobility.

We stayed for a family wedding. The place was beautiful! Only con would be expensive cleaning fee..we had to make our own beds when we got there. For that amount of money our beds should have sheets on them. Orher than that the house is perfect!

Pros - location (walkable to beach, shops, restaurants, ice cream :) - plenty of room - view is great - elevator is helpful Not bad but not pros - kitchen is a little small (if you’re planning to cook) - lack of privacy on upper deck - parking is tight (garage is not usable for vehicles) - Wi-Fi didn’t work well

The property is meticulously maintained and has all the amenities you need for a fantastic vacation. Views over the marsh are gorgeous. The owner was coincidentally staying next door to us for their own vacation and took great care of us. Highly recommend the property.

Family friendly with a great view. Could have used a clothes line for towels but no complaints otherwise. Fyi, beach access on the street had stairs and not a ramp. Plan beach travel accordingly. Beach tags not provided but linens were

There was plenty of space, and all the rooms fit all our needs. We will definitely be back and can't recommend it enough for a large family or group!
