Located in Gulf Gate Estates, this charming house for $271 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. We have completely renovated our 2 bed 2 bath home for your comfort. Open concept floor plan with a heated pool steps from the primary bedroom, living area, and kitchen. All 4 sliders completely disappear bringing the outside in! Open, airy, tropical, peaceful and private. New fenced backyard, all new landscaping and outdoor lighting. Located in the desirable Gulf Gate neighborhood on a large corner lot with 2 car garage containing; Beach Chairs Umbrella Coolers Beach towels Kids toys and a beach wagon to move it all Located within easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops in popular Gulf Gate Village. Publix, Gulf Gate Library, a gym, and Costco are within 5 minutes. Only 2 miles from Siesta Key Beach! The kitchen has all new appliances including a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and full size flat top range. 2 coffee makers for singles or pots. The large sink overlooks the screened pool lanai and back yard. A full complement of plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, baking sheets, knives, blender, filtered water and utensils are provided. A long 8 1/2' butcher block island seats 6 very comfortably and is great for entertaining. The kitchen slider opens to a 4 top table within the screened pool lanai. The primary bedroom suite features a king size bed and bath with walk-in shower. The walk in closet has a work area with small desk and chair. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and large closet. Other amenities include large screen smart TV's in both bedrooms and the great room with high speed wireless. Outside of the screened pool lani is a pavered sun patio with 2 loungers and a gas grilling area. The washer and dryer make it easy to return home with clean clothes. Upon your arrival you will find bath towels, wash cloths, soap, shampoo, dishwasher and laundry soap, and paper supplies...even toothpaste and toothbrush's. Linens include sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels and 4 beach towels. Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. If privacy, relaxation, and easy access to all that Siesta Key, Sarasota, Venice, and the barrier islands have to offer are what you are looking for then this is your spot. Lovely stay in this 2 bed home, with a very much needed plunge pool due to the unusual heat temperatures in Florida. Beds were very clean and comfortable. My only criticism was the light through the blinds in the morning. Beach chairs and unberellas, cool boxes for the beach were also provided which was fabulous.. The hosts had left a welcome basket, this was much appreciated. They also allowed us to spend a few more hours in the property as our flight back to the UK was early evening.. We definitely would like to return and stay here again. Thankyou Scott and Jill.

We had zero complaints about any detail. Everything was precisely described in the listing and in person, the property was even nicer. It was immaculately clean. AC was cool, beds were comfortable and perfect for our small family. The location was wonderful and we got everwhere we needed to be quickly, including the beach which was like less than 10min away! We loved the neighboorhood we were in and would totally stay again.

We previously lived in Sarasota and this was the perfect place to stay on our trip to visit family and friends along with having our own private haven to relax. Ditto, ditto, ditto of what others said in their reviews. The Hosts our wonderful! We look forward to booking this home again on our next trip.

Staying at this property was very relaxing and enjoyable. Beautiful decor, spacious, open, and very clean! The pool and yard are well maintained. Located in a great community and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. After a day at the beach, it was fabulous to come home and relax on the lanai. The host is wonderful and I cannot wait to come back again.

This house was amazing , it had everything that we needed. The pool and yard was so beautiful. It was so close to all the beaches, shops, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Scott and Jill were wonderful hosts.

It was a great location. About 15 minutes from Venice, Sarasota or Siesta Key. A little North is Bradenton and Anna Maria Island. The villa was updated and beautiful. In a quiet neighborhood great for quiet coffee on the patio and morning walks. It had a small heated plunge pool and a great room equipped with everything you may need. Scott was a wonderful host. We felt very much at home. We will definitely be back. Thanks Scott!

Loved this house! Great neighborhood, nice and quiet! Tastefully decorated with all the amenities of “home”! Great location in a nice subdivision, private landscaped backyard. Right off of Tamiami Trail, within 2 minutes to the road to Siesta Key beautiful beach. We also went to Turtle beach, much much shorter walk to the beach, same beautiful water! 15 minutes to downtown Sarasota. We especially loved the backyard, pool and lanai, gets sun from sun up till just about sundown! The house was very clean, with comfortable bed, we would rent this property again. Loved that there were beach supplies: cart, cooler, bag, umbrellas, cooler and beach chairs!
