The second living room is towards the back of the home, on the main floor and features a fireplace and sectional couch. Cozy up and unwind. Dining Room: Enjoy family dinners at the modern-styled dining table that seat 6 people. Bedroom/Bathroom: The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms - 1 queen bed and 1 King bed with a master ensuite that features a vanity sink and standing shower. Overland park is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment.It's best to rent a car to get around town. The second best option is Uber or Lyft. The home is within 5 miles of a large variety of food options, entertainment, and parks, so you wouldn't have to travel too far if you plan to stay within city limits. Due to the home's neighborhood, there are restrictions regarding the amount of traffic around the home. No overnight street parking is allowed. Only 8 guests overnight are allowed (children under 18 are the exception, but please let us know ) We use noise monitoring devices in the home to ensure we keep our neighbors happy! We will be alerted if the noise is above a reasonable noise level for a 4-bedroom home. No worries, it's not set to a whisper level ;)
