Escape to this spacious, modern multi-level home, perfect for groups. With 5 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large deck, it comfortably accommodates your entire party. To ensure a comfortable and transparent stay, please review the following details:
Accessibility: This is a multi-level home. Stairs are required to access both the front and rear entrances, and there are additional stairs throughout the interior. The home is not ADA accessible and may not be suitable for individuals who have difficulty with stairs or limited mobility. Handrails are not present in all areas with stairs.
Home Comfort: Due to the age of the home, there can occasionally be a humidity-related odor, primarily during wet seasons or periods of high humidity. The home is equipped with energy-efficient tinted windows.
Outdoor Space: Please be aware that a patio umbrella is not provided for the deck furniture.
Security: For your safety and the security of the property, there are exterior-only security cameras on the premises. These cameras monitor the exterior entry points and do not have any views of the interior spaces.

Smart TVs with basic cable for entertainment.
Onsite washer and dryer for your convenience.
A crib is available in one of the bedrooms for our youngest guests.

Excellent property and hostess. Good location, safe neighborhood, nicely updated, comfortable beds, Good communication, smooth check-in and out. LOTS of stairs in this property, both inside and outside. Completely typical for KC homes in older neighborhoods, but if you have little kids or lots of bags, be ready for that. Overall I would give 9 out of 10 with one point off because price seemed a touch high for three nights. We stayed July 17-20, 2026, to attend a family wedding. If you like what you see in this listing, then you should stay here and you will be very pleased!
