Beautiful, comfortable and very helpful staff.

Wonderful bed. Excellent value. Pool & hot tub
Some of our group got to enjoy beverages in the pub/bat
Restaurant rating was "thumbs" down
Just FYI. In room 349. The shower curtain pulled to center - hard to cover the area
Result - water in floor.

Location is right on the strip
Room smelled of urine and the bathroom had ants in it.

I liked that they had the coffee shop, restaurant, and bar on site.
The pool was very small and the hot tub was out of order. As big as the hotel is, there are ALOT of people that frequent the pool. Way to small in my opinion

The location was good. Caroline in the lounge was fantastic and made the stay worth it!
The hotel needs to be upgraded. The decor was outdated and the carpet stained. Our toilet was leaking on the floor, the shower had small black mold area, and not enough access to towels or bathroom items if you run out. Housekeeping doesn’t come in until 7am so make sure you ask for anything the day before.

Great place with a decent restaurant.

Lobby space was nice and lended itself to gathering with friends.
Pool was out dated, restaurant was expensive and didn't give good quality or quantity of food for the price. The room was dated, phone had no buttons, shower was dirty pillows were horrible. Lighting was poor and dirty.

Uncomfortable beds, walls thin so you could hear people talking in next room

The location was great. Close to everything on HW 76. Breakfast was ok but my kids loved the pools.
The hotel has this mexican tacos smell as my husband described it.

The restraunt and Starbucks being in the facility. The price we paid for 3 nights fit the hotel. You definitely get what you pay for.
The hallway smelled horribly of smoke. There were only 4 elevators to our knowledge, and Saturday morning was an awful wait! The breakfast that needed vouchers or we had to pay $13 for was worse than other continental breakfast that I've had. The pool is not big enough for the size of the hotel.

Check in staff Andrew was super nice
Could hear a lot in my room…. Noises of people talking , knocking on doors, bumps . Like walls super thin. Beds so so. One bed was broken/ sunken in middle or underneath.

Felt like I got a huge room for the price.
Outdated & the coffee shop/restaurant is apparently closed in the off season but it’s not reported in the description. One of the reasons I booked was bc I wouldn’t have had to left the property for those things.

They property was in a great location right near the strip and a short distance to all family friendly activities.
A bit outdated

Well stocked kitchen, great tub, cozy furniture
There was a vicious storm and power went out for entire facility. Trees were down and there was no emergency lighting, phones or information. Staff was great once we drove to main building.
7.0
the hotel room bed was comfortable, bathroom good size, staff very professional and helpful
according to the online info, the restaurant was open...it was not
the room was in need of some minor repairs, like paint around windows and some upgrades to the bathroom facilities, we were in 512

Beds and pillows are wonderful! Staff is so accommodating and friendly!
Rooms could be soundproofed better. tub didn't drain well, only received one complimentary bottled water per person for a 3 day/2 night stay.

Location was good and clean.
Beds were old and lumpy. Building needed some updating.

The hotel has a pool and jacuzzi open year round and the price is very reasonable
Not very clean. I traveled with my family. My sister found bed bugs in her pillow cases and had to change rooms twice. The second room wasn’t even cleaned from the previous occupants

The staff. The staff were really friendly at this hotel but that is the only thing I liked.
The hotel was under renovation and that was not disclosed. When booking the reservation. The restaurant the bar none of it was open. The entire floor that I was on smell like marijuana. I thought that they had a grow in the two rooms right before our room. There is no services in this hotel. They don't clean your room unless you ask for it. They do not replace your coffee. Again. You have to ask for that at the front desk. The bathroom amenities are terrible. Everything about this hotel is cheap.

The concierge was very helpful very polite he bent over backwards to help us
They could have told us there was no pool available at this time of booking that was very important to us we would not have booked there if we knew they didn't have a pool

Water pressure and temp great. Room ok. Clean.
Staff spoke real fast.. not unpleasant but not friendly either… acted indifferent… just a job. Very disappointed to pay $14 for a breakfast that would have been free at any other hotel/motel.

The size and layout of room was great.
The room could use an update with furnishings as well as the small kitchen area. It was cold during our visit therefor one night we couldn’t get the room above 66* with the heat. So we were cold . This was our fist stay at this hotel. We usually book condo or cabin thru Thousand Hills. While the room was comfortable I doubt we use this as an option in the future.

The Breakfast was the best breakfast of our entire trip and we stayed at ten different places! This made up for the older hotel. The bed was soft and comfortable but you could tell that things were dated and in need of major updating. We stayed for the night on New Years Day. We checked in late, stayed gone (went to the Top of the Rock Christmas light trail), ate supper at Applebees because it was the only thing open late, and went to sleep. There were only a few people there. You can tell that at one time, this hotel must have been a very very nice place--probably the 80's or 90's! There was a nice pool half indoors half outdoors and a small hot tub and a bar and restaurant. The hallway by the pool with all of the military photos was interesting! The bar looked nice but it was not open when we were there.
Dated, in need of major updating--carpet, furniture, bathroom!

It had a lot of nice amenities
One of our pillows had huge puke stains on it, gross

Friendly front desk. Especially liked that housekeeping did not provide daily cleaning. We stayed 4 nights and did not need daily cleaning. We felt we could leave our personal belongings setting out. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits/gravy, cereal, and fruit. All good and perfect for starting the day!
Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. There was one down the hall so not a deal breaker.

The night shift hostess was very accommodating and friendly. It was quiet and we weren't disturbed by loud obnoxious guests or inconsiderate housekeeping employees.
There wasn't any available parking that was convenient or wasn't a ridiculous hike of a walk to get to the one entrance in the entire building that was accessible for guest to enter the building. The evening shift hostess was rude and didn't want to be bothered by having to go through the process of making the necessary changes to our booking that was required for us to check in. The room was spot cleaned at the best and the amenities we were supposed to have available in the room weren't adjusted to have enough availability for the amount of people in our group. We had to request more towels and coffee which were never brought to us. We had to search down one of the housekeepers that were cleaning the rooms to find one that even had any non decaf coffee in their cart to give us because the hostess said she wasn't even sure where to get those. The room I booked was supposed to have 2 queen sized beds and a hot tub in the room and the deal I used to book the room gave me a discounted rate. The room we were given had 2 full sized beds and was basic with no hot tub and they did not honor the price That I was originally given. We ended up paying more for less accomodations than I wanted when I made the booking.

The staff at breakfast and supper were fantastic!! The breakfast buffet selection was the same every morning, but we had no problem filling our plates with good food. Our evening meals were very good as well. We saw no reason to go “out” for supper.
The tub drain in our room could not keep up with water flow from the shower, so you take a shower in ankle deep water. They only leave one bar of soap in the bathroom so you have to ask for another bar if you plan to use one in the shower.

I like the fact that both clerks were so patient with me after I locked myself out of my banking account. Them two lady's were the greatest!

Great spot, very clean, nice people
They didn’t have enough luggage racks when checking out, multiple people waiting

I liked the location of the hotel being near all the attractions.
I do believe the staff could have been more organized when we needed certain amenities. Such as, when we had to wait an hour for towels and at the half hour mark was told that they didn't have us marked down to receive any even though my husband went downstairs to the front desk to ask. We tried calling from the room but the phone did not work for us to call so we had to call the hotel from our phone and ask the front desk person. I also, expected the room and bathroom to be a bit cleaner as well upon arrival, and it wasn't as good.
