Located in Hanover, this lovely house for $570 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to this Brand NEW Mountain Home! A 5 bed, 3 bath, private retreat near Sunday River (15 minutes), Mt Abram, (25 minutes) Black Mountain of Maine (25 minutes) and all that the Western Maine Mountains have to offer (l: skiing, skating, hiking, biking, golfing, swimming and more.) Relax with family and friends in the brand new 10 person hot tub! Bed 1 - Queen Bed Bed 2 - Queen Bed Bed 3 - Queen Bed Bed 4- 2 Twin over Full Bunk Beds Bed 5- 2 Twin over Full Bunk Beds Living Room with wood stove Dining Room Kitchen with island seating Full finished basement with laundry, foos ball table, pool table 10 Person Hot tub. Guests have access to all common spaces of the home. Plesae do not access the attic, master bedroom closet, or mechanical room in basement. Property owner and manger will not be on site. Manager is available by phone call text or Email. Quiet subdivision located a short distance to Bethel (Named one of the Top 10 Prettiest Mountain Towns in New England!) Easy access to Route 2. Well maintained development roads. 4x4 would be helpful Easy access to snowmobile trails, The owner requests that all shoes be taken off and stored in the entryway. Each entry way has a shoe storage tray for your footwear. to be stored. If you need to wear shoes to the hot tub, please carry them up and down the stairs. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. No smoking in or around rental home and its entry ways. Discarded smoking material on the grounds or in the property will not be tolerated. No pets allowed No fireworks Please do not remove linens / towels from rental Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

Group of 12 stayed for a few nights in December. New house with finish basement that is perfect for the kids and tons of beds. House is currently currently a little sparse in terms of decor and really needs some bedroom furniture to store clothes. But other than that it’s a great.
