About this condo rental

Situated in Edgewater Gulf Beach, this attractive condo for $329 per night is a great option for your next trip. Right off the Lagoon pool deck, Edgewater Tower I #807 is an open and airy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps 6 and is located on the 8th floor of Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. The primary bedroom houses a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. You'll find Jack and Jill sinks in the ensuite bath as well as a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is complete with two full-size beds and a flat-screen TV. There's a combination tub/shower in the shared full bath. You'll find 180-degree views in the living room and private balcony access from both the living room and dining area. The living room features plush seating and a flat-screen TV. For added sleeping space, the sofa pulls out into a bed. The fully equipped kitchen has all the comforts of home. Going fishing? Cook up your fresh catch and enjoy it at the dining room table or, better yet, take it outside and enjoy the famous Panama City Beach sunset. This unit is fully tiled (no carpet!) and comes with a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and free parking for your convenience. Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Come golf at the gulf! Edgewater maintains its very own Executive Par-3 Golf Course. You'll also find basketball hoops, 3 Pickle-ball courts, 10 Shuffleboard courts, and 10 Tennis courts. Book a lesson with our Tennis pro and up your game while you're here! This sprawling resort houses 11 pools, a kids splash pad, 4 hot tubs, a fitness center and workout studio. In season, you can book beach chair rentals, paddle boards, and beach bonfires through Edgewater's very own Goin' to the Beach® beach services. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection's Summer of Fun activities. Multiple resort-level dining options abound! Off the main Lagoon pool deck you can dine gulf front at Oceans Bar & Grill, grab a slice at Paradise Pizza, and cool off with your favorite daiquiri at Blenders Poolside Bar. You'll find everything from hand-dipped ice cream to beach floats at Edgie's Corner Market. Edgewater offers complimentary tram service throughout the resort. Edgewater is centrally located, a short walk to multiple local dining and shopping options and just a short ride to Pier Park and St. Andrews State Park.
