This is the cutest little nook of a spot in a great location. Great for a getaway. Walkable to so many shops and great restaurants. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this rental! The space was clean and nicely decorated. The check in and out process was incredibly simple and the location couldn’t be beat. You can walk to restaurants and coffee shops nearby and Fairhope pier was an easy walk away. Would highly recommend!!

Location, decor, atmosphere and host were perfect! Attention to detail outstanding. Linens, coffee/coffee maker, fan, lighting, parking, quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to downtown. I loved this stay and thank you for the restaurant recommendations! Great way to end the year! The cottage is storybook worthy just like the town of Fairhope. Happy 2024!

This little cottage was perfect in every way. It was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed. It was also so tastefully decorated. It could not have been more comfortable. The linens were top notch; plenty of dishes, cookware, electrical outlets, etc. The property owners went out of their way to make the house warm and comfortable.

The cottage was wonderful. It’s super cozy and was very well maintained. You won’t find a more convenient location to downtown. We were already talking about coming back again during the car ride home.

This cottage is in an amazing location, just a block from downtown. You could easily shop and visit great restaurants in downtown Fairhope and never crank your car. We walked everywhere. Even though this cottage is adjacent to downtown, the neighborhood is very quiet. The cottage is well designed with great style. It's very comfortable and has plenty of room for a couple. The hosts are readily communicative but not intrusive at all. We felt comfortably private while being certain that we could call on our hosts for help and information if needed. I'm not sure if there's anything that could have improved our stay. Everything was perfect, and we will happily visit this rental again.

This rental could not have been more perfect for our trip to Fairhope! Downtown was a quick 5 minute walk. Everything was so neat and clean. We will definitely book again if we are ever near the area in the future!

My wife and I booked this home to celebrate my birthday. The house was just as advertised online and was very convenient for walking to the shops and dining spots. It was a great getaway and we plan to stay here again next time we return!

What a little gem. John and Patty's cute cottage is in the perfect location. Only 2 blocks from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The cottage was perfectly appointed with lovely linens/towels, comfortable mattresses and super cute furnishings and décor. John and Patty are quick to respond to communications. Our family (mom, dad, 13 year-old girl and 12 year-old girl). We all loved this precious cottage. The attention to detail was impressive. It is bright in there at night, but sleep masks were provided. Bottled water and snacks were a real treat after a long drive. The location was great for walking to breakfast in downtown Fairhope.

It is a great little cottage for 2 and convenient to downtown area. Be sure to add in the directions about keypad to push the lock button in the center after you enter the code. Took us a few times to figure that out! We will be back!

John and Patty made check in a breeze. This adorable and well stocked cottage/tiny house is perfectly suited on a quiet street just steps away from everything Fairhope has to offer. The space was clean and comfortable. It is tiny which we loved but probably not the place for more than two or three adults or a small family. The cottage has games and a Wii for rainy days or just walk over to the library (which is beautiful) or Arts Center. Downtown Fairhope has so many food, drinks, and entertainment options. We walked to Refuge coffee every morning (but the cottage has a Keurig if that's more your style). We brought our bikes and enjoyed a ride down scenic Highway 98 to Mullet Point. Take time to explore Weeks Bay or Dauphin Island. Gulf shores and Fort Morgan are worth a visit too. Overall, we couldn't have asked for more! Highly recommended!!

This cottage was super clean and well appointed with all our needs! The owner has done a great job decorating and creating a super comfortable cottage for a small group. Situated in a nice Fairhope neighborhood just a few blocks from downtown Fairhope shopping and restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful time visiting Fairhope and surrounding area. Wonderful restaurants and the cottage was in an ideal location. Could walk right to town. Spent day at beach which was just 45 minutes away. Great cottage for two people.

The property was small but cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was quiet, clean and stylish. It was stocked with water, coffee, teas, and snacks.The host checked in with us before and during our stay without being imposing. Everything went smooth with absolutely no complaints. We will definitely recommend this property and we hope to be back soon. Note: If you have a large vehicle the owner has special instructions for parking on the property. We have a small SUV and didn't have any issues.

This a well designed space in the perfect location for my business needs. I could walk to town. It had everything. A refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bath was large and nice tub/shower with great power. Everything is new and clean. I will hope to stay there the next time I go to Fairhope.

Well I can’t say enough about this little gem! My husband and I had a wedding in Fairhope, and this place just made the weekend! It’s tiny, but just what we needed! Downtown Fairhope is a quick five minute walk. Several great shops and restaurants close by. The cottage is very comfortable, and hosts are super responsive and hospitable !!!! Small kitchen was stocked well perfect for our stay. Hoping to go back soon!
