Whether you want to watch the boats go by on the porch or explore all the area has to offer, our home is the perfect getaway. Enjoy a sunset/water view from one of our two porches! Walk along the water to Sand’s Beach and the Boardwalk where you can look for dolphins and turtles. This property is newly added to our inventory here at For Rent In Beaufort. However, there are several reliable reviews attached to the photos from previous stays! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns! Nature lovers will also enjoy our trails at the Cypress Wetlands and viewing the migratory birds that nest in this unique, protected setting. Bird wildlife include shorebirds, wading birds, raptors, white ibis, herons, and egrets. Paris Avenue, the main street in the Village of Port Royal is just half a block from your front door. With a layout similar to Charleston, Beaufort and Savannah the walking neighborhood is filled with restaurants and shops. Enjoy the quaint coffee shops, breakfast cafes, barbeque, seafood, and pizza parlors all within walking distance! Enjoy the newly added brewery, Shellring Aleworks, located just steps from the property! We are a five-minute drive from Parris Island, and a ten-minute drive to quaint, historic downtown Beaufort. History buffs will enjoy downtown Beaufort's many historical sites. Stop by the visitor center on Craven Street for information and be sure to take a buggy tour of the town. Art galleries and boutique shops, gift and souvenir shops, antiques dealers, specialty clothing stores all in downtown Beaufort. Enjoy an ice cream cone while sitting on one of the swings at the Henry C. Chambers waterfront park looking over the river. Freshly Painted!! For your safety and ours, there are two security cameras that automatically record of the exterior of the property; they are pointed towards the front and back entry points. Everything was amazing. Kitchen stocked well and the house was wonderful. Master bed was incredibly comfy. If you upgraded your sheets to a higher quality I’d never want to leave. ;) It was incredibly lovely. I didn’t give a rating for the manager communication because I never spoke to anyone. However I would love it if someone could call me. My phone was listed on my check in profile.

The top porch and downstairs porch swing were lovely. Pretty string lights out back. Inviting living room with a nice white sectional couch. Cozy kitchen and dining area. It’s not an extremely fancy place, but very quaint and comfortable. Perfect for our short visit to Parris Island for our new Marine’s graduation. A new coat of paint throughout would really help the aesthetic, but overall was clean, cute, and comfortable. Walking distance to Fishcamp restaurant and Maynard’s Ice Cream shop.

It's a quaint setting. We had to keep telling ourselves, "You get what you pay for." For what we paid, we were satisfied but you should expect a tired house. One sink didn't drain properly, filthy floorboards, cockroach enjoying a meal, floral bedspreads that remind you of the 90s, walls that all need to be painted, and yes, dirty carpets in the bedrooms and upstairs hallway. Positives - fun front porch, easy access, well stocked kitchen, cozy.

This location is wonderful. Very peaceful neighborhood for sitting out on the front porch and relaxing after a day on the Spanish Moss bicycle trail. There are many restaurants near by, including a very good coffee shop, Corner Perk.

This home was perfect for my husband and I to go pick up our new Marine. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable and cozy but spacious. Love the neighborhood, everyone was so nice.

If you want to fully enjoy the town of Port Royal, this house must be on your list. It is within walking distance of shopping, dining (highly recommended Madison’s and Fishcamp on 11th) and just a short trip (walkable as well) to Sands Beach. The house is well furnished and the neighborhood is quiet. We can’t wait to go back! Owners were very responsive to my questions and our stay was perfect.
